Qualities and antioxidant activities of lotus leaves in different regions of Baiyangdian Lake

摘要: 为探究白洋淀不同区域荷叶品质和抗氧化性的差异,对白洋淀7个有代表性采样点的荷叶进行了研究.实验结果表明,白洋淀7个采样点荷叶的品质和抗氧化性差异明显:杨庄子和烧车淀采样点的荷叶活性成分含量较高;烧车淀采样点的荷叶蛋白和维生素C含量较高,郭里口采样点的荷叶可溶性糖和蛋白含量较高;而大田庄采样点的荷叶具有较强的1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)和O-2自由基清除活性.因此,综合分析表明,烧车淀和大田庄采样点的荷叶均具有较高的品质和较强的抗氧化性.
