Determination of 20 organochlorine pesticide residues in Panacis Japonici Rhizoma by gas chromatography

摘要: 为测定竹节参中20种有机氯农药残留,采用超声提取、Florisil硅土柱净化后,采用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器对目标物进行分析测定,内标法定量.结果表明:样品基质3水平添加条件下,20种有机氯农药回收率为68.21%~124.5%,相对标准偏差小于5.64%,检出限为0.009 9~0.049 3 μg/kg.该方法快速,准确,灵敏度高,可用于20种有机氯农药残留量测定.

Abstract: A method for the simultaneous determination of 20 organochlorine pesticide residues in Panacis Japonici Rhizoma was developed by gas chromatography with electronic capture detector.The samples were extracted by ultrasonic wave and purified by Florisil.The internal standard method was used in the quantitative analysis.The average recoveries of 3 standard addition levels were 68.21%~124.5%,with relative standard deviations less than 5.64%.The detection limits were 0.009 9~0.049 3 μg/kg.The method is rapid,sensitive and accurate,and it can be applied to the determination of 20 organochlorine pesticide residues in Panacis Japonici Rhizoma.
