孔板对微细粉尘收集效率研究

Efficiency of a new type of perforated plate for the fine particle collection

摘要: 为了解决静电除尘器对微细粉尘收集效率低的问题,设计了孔板作为收尘板.通过测量并比较不同电压下传统板和孔板电晕放电条件下的伏安特性,分析传统板和孔板中粉尘的运动状态,对比了2种收尘极对微细粉尘的收尘效果以及新型除尘器和传统除尘器对微细粉尘的除尘效率.结果表明:同一电压下,2种放电结构产生的放电电流差距较小;随着电压的增加,孔板对微细粉尘收集效果优于打孔板且进入孔板内为小粒径粉尘,线-孔板结构的除尘器对微细粉尘的收集效率较高.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of electrostatic precipitator for fine dust collection,a new type of perforated dust collector is proposed.By measuring the voltage current characteristics of the traditional plate and perforated plate,analyzing the movement of the dust in the traditional plate and the perforated plate,the dust removal efficiencies of the new electrostatic precipitator and the traditional electrostatic precipitator is are compared.The results show that under the same voltage,the discharge current value of wire-perforated plate is a little higher than wire-plate structure;with voltage increasing,the perforated plate is better than that of traditional plate;therefore our results show that fine dust collection efficiency of new type of electrostatic precipitator is higher than that of traditional electrostatic precipitator.
