Design of detection circuit system for MEMS optical fiber pressure sensor

摘要: 针对反射式强度调制型MEMS光纤压力传感器特性,设计了一种基于STC89C52单片机的检测电路系统. 系统分为光电转换模块、衰减滤波模块、真有效值转换模块、A/D转换模块和液晶显示模块等. 采用OPT101作为光电转换器件,将光纤传输来的光强信号转换成电压信号,对电压信号衰减后通过滤波器输出至AC/DC转换器以及A/D转换器,经过单片机运算和处理将结果显示在液晶屏上并可通过接口输出至电脑. 测试结果表明,本次设计的电路具有较高的精度和分辨率.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of reflective intensity modulated MEMS fiber optic pressure sensor, a detection circuit system based on STC89C52 microcontroller is designed. The system is divided into photoelectric conversion module, attenuation filter module, true RMS conversion module, A/D conversion module and liquid crystal display module. Using OPT101 as photoelectric conversion device, the light intensity signal transmitted by optical fiber is converted into voltage signal. After attenuation of voltage signal, it is output to AC/DC converter and A/D converter through filter. The results are displayed on the LCD screen and can be output to the computer through the interface. The test results show that the designed circuit has high precision and resolution.
