响应面法优化紫叶李皮中总多酚的提取工艺及其抗炎活性

Extraction technology optimization of total polyphenols from Prunus cerasifera by response surface methodology and corresponding anti-inflammatory activity investigation

摘要: 为了优化紫叶李(Prunus cerasifera)皮中总多酚(PTP)提取工艺并研究其抗炎活性,在单因素实验的基础上,以总多酚得率为考察指标,乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取温度、料液比为考察因素,采用Box-Behnken实验设计结合响应面分析法优化PTP的提取工艺,通过二甲苯致耳肿胀法、蛋清致足趾肿胀法测定PTP的抗炎活性.实验结果表明,PTP的最优工艺条件:乙醇体积分数69%、提取时间1.5 h、提取温度81 ℃、料液比1∶31(g∶mL),该工艺下得率为55.3 mg/g.PTP能抑制小鼠耳廓及大鼠足趾炎症.结论是该提取工艺稳定可靠,得率较高,且PTP具有明显的抗炎活性.
