左右手对称模型中重中微子衰变

摘要: 在左右手对称模型中,考虑重中微子质量少于左手规范玻色子WL的质量,计算了重中微子的各类衰变,发现重中微子总衰变宽度按贡献可以分为左手部分为主、右手部分为主以及左右手部分可比拟3种情况.结果表明:当轻重中微子混合取最大值1,右手规范玻色子WR取实验允许的最低质量时,重中微子总衰变宽度仍然远小于其质量.

Abstract: In left-right symmetric model, various kinds of decay channels of heavy neutrino are evaluated when its mass is lighter than the mass of left handed gauge boson WL. It is found that the total decay rate of heavy neutrino can be classified into left part dominance, right part dominance, and coexistence of left and right part. The results shows that when the heavy-light neutrino mixings is equaled to 1 and the mass of right handed gauge boson WR is taken to be the lightest one satisfied by experiments, the total decay rate of heavy neutrino is still far smaller than its mass.
