采用非水相毛细管电泳法分离雷公藤中雷公藤次碱.优化条件是:操作电压15 kV,温度保持301 K , 动力进样5 s,运行介质为20 mmol/L 醋酸铵和3 mmol/L 氨水加到甲醇媒介中.实验结果证明此方法是可行的.
