Functional connectivity analysis of resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging in female patients with Alzheimers disease

Abstract: The studies on the pathogenesis and pathological process of Alzheimers disease by resting state functional magnetic resonance show that changes in brain function of AD patients are earlier than changes in brain structure, and the prevalence rate of females is twice than that of males. According to the rs-fMRI for females of different ages, time layer correction is performed on the image based on SPM to eliminate the elimination of time difference; Head motion correction, normalization and smooth skating in space reduces the difference between individuals. The connection and strength of the brain regions of female patients were studied by statistical test and comparison, and then the difference of functional connectivity(FC)was judged, which provide reference for females AD patients in preclinical diagnosis.
