    Study on degranulation model of RBL-2H3 cells

    To compare the active ingredients and pharmacological activities of ordinary Panax notoginseng powder and freeze-dried P. notoginseng powder. The differences of active ingredients between the ordinary and the freeze-dried P. notoginseng powder were determined by observing the particle size of ordinary powder and freeze-dried P. notoginseng powder under the microscope, visually observing the solubility of the suspension and detecting the active ingredient content by HPLC. The differences of pharmacological effects between ordinary powder and freeze-dried P. notoginseng powder were determined by capillary tube method, tail-cut method, xylene-induced ear swelling test and organ index.     Determination of related substances in edoxaban tosilate hydrate by HPLC

    A HPLC method was established to separate edoxaban tosilate hydrate and its related substances. SunFire C8(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm)column was adopted in the analysis method and its temperature was kept at 30 ℃. The mobile phase A consisted of 20 mmol/L K2HPO4(pH 4.0)-acetonitrile(90∶10, V/V)and the mobile phase of B consisted of 20 mmol/L K2HPO4(pH 4.0)-acetonitrile(30∶70, V/V). A gradient elution at flow of 1.0 mL/min was used. The detection wavelength was 290 nm and the injection volume was 10 μL. The calibration curve of all substances were linear in appropriate concentration range, and the average recovery of all compounds were among 98.0%~102.0%, RSD(n=9)values were less than 2.0%. Each impurity was separated when the parameters had small changes and the assay variation of impurities was accepted. Methodology validation results proved that the method had good selectivity, high sensitivity, high accuracy and good robustness and it can be used for quality control of edoxaban tosilate hydrate.

    Pyrogallol autoxidation and its application to SOD activity assay

    To verify the accuracy and feasibility of the pyrogallol autoxidation, the UV-Vis absorption spectra of autoxidation products of pyrogallol were scanned systematically in Tris-HCl and phosphate buffers for optimal wavelength determination. The inhibition modes of tcv Cu,Zn-SOD and Bovine Cu,Zn-SOD to pyrogallol autoxidation were characterized in the two buffers. Both the tcvSOD and Bovine SOD showed slightly stronger inhibition to pyrogallol autoxidation in Tris-HCl than that in phosphate buffer. It was validated that 320 nm is the optimal wavelength for measuring the rate of pyrogallol autoxidation, the inhibition of pyrogallol autoxidation, and the indirectly determination of SOD activity.

    The main synthetic route and domestic manufacture of piperazine and its major N-substituted derivatives were reviewed in this paper. Piperazine can be synthesized by using N-β-hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine, ethylenediamine, ethanolamine and other raw materials. Among them, the route using N-hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine as the starting material is believed as the most efficient route for the synthesis of piperazine. N-substituted derivatives of piperazine can be synthesized via either piperazine and N-alkyl agents or related primary amines, ethylene oxide and ammonia. Synthesis and manufacture of piperazine and its N-substituted derivatives have broad prospects of development due to their wide application areas and huge demand.

    Active learning mainly aims at reducing the cost of manual annotation without decreasing the accuracy of the classifier.Active learning algorithm gets high quality training sample set by selecting the informative unlabeled samples which are labeled by domain experts later.The selected sample set is used to train the classifier.This improves the generalization ability of trained classifier while minimizes the cost of the labeling.Firstly,the recent advances in the three key steps in active learning algorithm was summarized,including:1)the method for constructing the initial training sample set and its improvement;2)the sample selection strategy and its improvement;3)the termination condition and its improvement.Then,the problems in active learning were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were presented.Finally,the future works in active learning were addressed.

    In order to improve the?accuracy of operation process of?needle?puncture in?virtual?operation ,we complete finite element?simulation?of ?the?typical soft tissue --liver?puncture, based on the?experimental data?and result of ?puncture real?soft tissue. Because of?the diversity?of human tissue, and the complexity of?the biomechanical properties from?soft tissues, according to the comprehensive?consideration of the material and the?mechanical properties of the soft?tissue, in this paper, we abstracted the?liver parenchyma as Mooney-Rivlin?materials, combining with deformation mechanism of ?soft tissue by stress, complete contrasting between real experiment?and simulation?based on MATLAB. It can be seen in the comparison of the curve, stress-strain curve from simulation results by ANSYS is similar with the?real data. It verify ?the effectiveness and ?the feasibility for liver puncture experiment by finite element simulation.

    Experimental study on the relationship between concrete stress and ultrasonic velocity

    Based on the ultrasonic nondestructive testing method,the natural maintained pumping concrete blocks of C20 and C30 is tested.Through the test of different ages and different points, the ultrasonic velocity and working stress are obtained. Then the Origin software is used to analyze the relationship between ultrasonic velocity and the concrete working stress.The result shows that linear function is reasonable in describing the relationship of ultrasonic velocity and working stress of concrete. Then a reference can be provided in testing the working stress of in-service concrete by nondestructive testing technology.

    Preparation, characterization, and in vitro and in vivo evaluation of acetaminophen-PEG 6000 suppositories

    In this paper, acetaminophen-PEG 6000 suppositories were prepared by solid dispersion technique. The FTIR and XRD spectra confirmed that the hydrogen bonds between drugs and matrix in solid dispersion formed and ensured the drug to be dispersed in the PEG matrix with an amorphous state, which could contribute to the rapid dissolution of the drug. The release behavior of the solid dispersion was studied in vitro. The weight ratio of drug and PEG 6000(1∶7)showed the best drug release profile among the solid dispersion samples and the drug release behaviour in vitro was close to zero order equation. Therefore, the weight ratio of drug and PEG 6000(1∶7)was chosen to prepare the acetaminophen suppositories using solid dispersion technique. Moreover, the acetaminophen suppositories and intramuscular injection dosage forms were evaluated in vivo by New Zealand rabbits experiment. The time-concentration curve of acetaminophen was determined.The pharmacokinetics showed that the ρmax reached to 169.1 μg/mL at 60 min, and the curve displayed obvious peak and valley when administrated by intramuscular injection. The pharmacokinetics of the suppositories group was obtained at 90 min and ρmax was 35.4 μg/mL,the blood drug concentration was stable and maintained continued release. The FTIR and XRD spectra confirmed that the hydrogen bonds between drugs and matrix in solid dispersion formed and ensured the drug to be dispersed in the PEG matrix with an amorphous state, which could contribute to the rapid dissolution of the drug. The release behavior of the solid dispersion was studied in vitro. The weight ratio of drug and PEG 6000(1∶7)showed the best drug release profile among the solid dispersion samples and the drug release behaviour in vitro was close to zero order equation. Therefore, the weight ratio of drug and PEG 6000(1∶7)was chosen to prepare the acetaminophen suppositories using solid dispersion technique. Moreover, the acetaminophen suppositories and intramuscular injection dosage forms were evaluated in vivo by New Zealand rabbits experiment. The time-concentration curve of acetaminophen was determined.The pharmacokinetics showed that the ρmax reached to 169.1 μg/mL at 60 min, and the curve displayed obvious peak and valley when administrated by intramuscular injection. The pharmacokinetics of the suppositories group was obtained at 90 min and ρmax was 35.4 μg/mL,the blood drug concentration was stable and maintained continued release.     In our previous work, based on MapRecuce and SimHash, we proposed a K-Nearest Neighbor(K-NN)algorithm denoted by H-MR-K-NN for big data classification. Although H-MR-K-NN can effectively solve the computational efficiency problem of K-NN for big data classification, and the running time of H-MR-K-NN is far lower than the one of MapRecuce K-NN denoted by MR-K-NN. However, when one handles big data with MapReduce, it is inevitable to read data from disk and to write the intermediate result back to disk, which results in huge I/O overhead and greatly degenerates the efficiency of MapReduce.     Unsupervised ranking has a big challenge that there is no standard metric to measure the ranking results. This paper tries to propose a comparison scheme for unsupervised ranking based on ranking consensus. Some metrics used in supervised ranking can be used here to measure unsupervised ranking consensus. However, these metrics are taken between ranking lists and attributes, rather than ranking lists and ranking labels. Experimental results on UCI datasets show that RPC, which is one kind of unsupervised ranking aggregation method, has the minimum Kendall Distance and Spearman Footrule Distance than the other representative unsupervised ranking methods.

    Multi-generator generative adversarial networks

    Generative adversarial networks(GAN)are widely used in various fields, especially in image generation. The model consists of two parts, a generative network and a discriminative network, and the two networks compete with each other to improve each other in an unsupervised training method. However, GAN often suffers from pattern collapse during training, which leads to slow convergence of the model and poor diversity of generated samples. To solve this problem, a multi-generator generative adversarial network model based on deep convolutional neural networks is proposed. The model consists of multiple generative networks, each of which is built using residual networks, and a collaboration mechanism is introduced among the generative networks to speed up the information acquisition and reduce the number of parameters, and finally the feature maps of each generative network are fused to obtain the final image and input to the discriminative network. GAN also has the problems of gradient disappearance and training instability. To address the two problems, Wasserstein distance and gradient penalty are introduced into the loss function of the mode.     Social networks contain complex structural information and rich semantic information. The research of multi-type data of interconnection and the behavioral relationship security of entity objects are facing great challenges. Knowledge graph is designed to process user data knowledge and behavior information, and to find the complex relationship between things, concepts and entity objects, so that the relationship between things can be clearly explained. Firstly, basic knowledge of knowledge graph was introduced. Secondly, based on knowledge graph, the behavioral relationship of users is visualized in the social network, and the key technologies and research progress of the three modules of behavioral knowledge extraction, behavioral knowledge expression, and behavioral knowledge processing are summarized. By experimental analysis and comparison of the technical models, the visual identification technology was introduced. By using probability soft logic to identify candidate behavioral knowledge, the accuracy of user behavior relationship visualization was improved. Finally, the application of user behavior relation visualization in user information retrieval, user security evaluation and behavior correlation analysis is introduced, the challenges of current research are discussed and analyzed, and its development is prospected.

    Detection algorithm of tea tender buds under complex background based on deep learning

    The traditional tea bud detection method based on machine vision has the problems of poor robustness and low accuracy in manual feature extraction. The target detection algorithm YOLO based on deep learning is applied to the detection of tea tender image under complex background for the first time, and the architecture of YOLO network is improved from the aspect of multi-scale detection, using large-scale and mesoscale detection instead of the original multi-scale detection. In the preprocessing stage, the image of tea shoots under complex background is segmented by combining the super green feature and the OSTU algorithm, which makes the tea tender bud area more obvious. The experimental results show that, by comparing with other algorithms, the target detection algorithm based on deep learning has a high detection precision for the tea tender shoots under complex background, which provides a basis for the research of intelligent picking equipment for tea tender shoots under complex background.

    The influence of mushroom activating enzymes on mycelium growth cycle,mycelium extracellular enzyme activity,physical and chemical indicators of cultivation material,biological efficiency and nutrient content of the Lentinus edodes fruiting body were studied during the fruiting body growth stage when 0.2% of mushroom activating enzymes were added in culture and the solid strains were inoclulated into the culture.The results showed that the time of mycelium growing full of the bags was 70 days, being shortened by 15 days compared with control.The cellulase、protease and amylase activity of mycelium in the mushroom activating enzymes group increased continuously during the colour changing period and the enzyme activities were significantly higher than that of control.After fruiting, the L. edodes fruiting body were collected and analyzed.The biological efficiency of the mushroom activating enzymes group achieved 96.75%,21.99% higher than that of control.The nutrient content was slightly higher than that of control,however,there was no significant difference between the two groups.

    Deep learning is the most popular research topic in the field of machine learning,AlphaGo which overwhelmingly impacts the world is trained with deep learning algorithms.Convolution neural network(CNN)is a model trained with deep learning algorithm,CNN is widely and successfully applied in computer version.The main purpose of this paper includes two aspects:one is to provide readers with some insights into CNN including its architecture,related concepts,operations and its training; the other is to present a comprehensive survey on research advances of CNN,mainly focusing on 4 aspects: activation functions,pooling,training and applications of CNN.Furthermore,the emerging challenges and hot research topics of CNN are also discussed.This paper can be very helpful to researchers in related field.

    A series of 2-aryl-1,3-benzoxathiin-4-ones were synthesized by aromatic aldehyde and thiosalicylic acid under microwave irradiation for 5 min.The reaction is fast,simple and has high yield.The structures of the synthesized compounds were characterized by IR,NMR,MS spectra and elemental analysis.Antibacterial(Escherichia coli and Dysentery bacillus)activities of the compounds against Escherichia coli and Dysentery bacillus were evaluated.The results showed that 2-aryl-1,3-benzoxathiin-4-ones had good antibacterial activity.

    Cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone are important chemical raw materials, which are the key intermediates in the manufacture of nylon 6 and nylon 66. The hydrogenation of phenol to cyclohexanol or cyclohexanone has attracted much attention due to its low energy consumption, good atom economy and good selectivity. In this review, the hydrogenation mechanism of phenol is introduced, and the different kinds of metal catalysts in the hydrogenation of phenol are reviewed. Finally, the problems and development strategies in phenol hydrogenation are also discussed.

    Core/shell polyacrylonitrile(PAN)fibers were prepared by coaxial electrospinning using PMMA solution as the core,PAN solution as the shell,ZnO as the pore former.After calcination and acid treatment,the hollow porous carbon nanofibers were obtained.Morphologies of the fibers were characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM); and the effect of solution concentration,voltage and flow rates on core and shell diameters were also investigated.The results showed that the optimized condition for the satisfactory hollow porous carbon nanofibers was 10% PMMA,10% PAN,6% zinc acetate,15 kV,1.0 mL/h inner rate and 1.5 mL/h outer rates.

    The research on the buckling instability of hydrogel films has been the focus of the application of hydrogel films. In this paper, effects of topological network structure of hydrogels and network entanglement effect of polymer network that constitutes hydrogels on large coupling deformation of hydrogels are taken into account. A free energy equation combining the slip-link model proposed by Edwards-Vilgis with Flory-Huggins theory is introduced to demonstrate the real influence of polymer network on large deformation of hydrogels in the chemo-mechanical coupling field.     In order to reveal the biocontrol and promotion mechanism of Bacillus velezensis 3A3-15, PCR with 9 pairs of specific primers were used to detect genes related to inhibitory and growth promotion, and the ability to secrete indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)and siderophore was tested by the methods of Sackowski, Schwyn and Neiland, respectively. At the same time, the inhibitory substances of the fermentation broth were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(HPLC-ESI-MS). Finally, the inhibitory mechanism of the strain was analyzed by plate dual-culture antagonistic test and spore germination inhibition test. Results showed that the inhibitory genes in B. velezensis 3A3-15 include yndJ, srfAB, ituC, bamC and fenD, the growth-promoting genes include ysnE and dhbC. The strain had a strong ability to secrete siderophore with a As/Ar value of 0.238, and its inhibitory substance was C14~C15 SurfactinA.     In the interactive environments,fuzzy integral classifier has shown its good classification performance. A key problem in the fuzzy integral classifier is to determine the fuzzy measure defined in the power set of attributes. The computational complexity increases exponentially as the number of attributes increases. In order to solve the problem, drawing lessons from the idea of random determination of weight vector in extrem learning machine algorithm, this paper puts forward an ELM-Choquet fuzzy integral classifier. The experiment result shows that compared with the Choquet fuzzy integral classifier, this algorithm has better classification performance.

    In order to explore species diversity of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi from Broussonetia papyrifera in Fengfeng mining area of Hebei Province and their ecological adaptability to polluted environment, soil samples from 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm soil layers around Broussonetia papyrifera roots were collected from Yijing Town, Jiecheng Town and Fengfeng Town in Fengfeng Mining Area in October 2016. The AM fungis germplasm resources, ecological distribution and correlation with soil factors were systematically studied. A total of 8 generas and 43 species of AM fungis were identified, Acaulospora and Glomus were of broad-spectrum ecotypes, G.reticulatum, Entrophospora infrequens, G.multiforum were of broad-spectrum ecotypes. Shannon-Weiner index, evenness and species richness of AM fungi in Yijing Town were the highest, while those in Jiecheng Town were the lowest. The content of heavy metal cadmium and zinc exceeded the standard in Fengfeng mining area. Some spores of AM fungi from Broussonetia papyrifera in some areas of Fengfeng mining area have the characteristics of dark color, dense surface reticulation spacing and other ecological adaptability, which is conducive to the distribution and activity of AM fungi in contaminated soil.

    Flame retardant effects of GUP and sodium silicate on wood

    Wood was treated by guanyl urea phosphate(GUP)firstly and sodium silicate(Na2SiO3)secondly to impart flame retardance. The flame retarding properties of the treated samples were investigated by cone calorimeter and the thermal behaviors of these samples were studied by differential thermogravimetry(DTG)and thermogravimetry(TG)in air. It was found that the combustion parameters including peak of heat release rate(HRRpeak), total heat release(THR), smoke production rate(SPR), total smoke product(TSP)and the yield of CO2(YCO2)were decreased considerably by the treatment of GUP and Na2SiO3 when compared with those of the untreated samples. Furthermore, wood treated by both GUP and Na2SiO3 had better flame retarding properties than that by only GUP possibly because GUP could accelerate dehydration and carbonation, and simultaneously Na2SiO3 could relatively increase the activation energy of cellulose, which resulted in the enhancement of wood thermal stabilization.

    Through the investigation of the current situation of urban traffic congestion, the 11 main factors causing urban traffic congestion are summarized from the three aspects, management, facilities and traffic participants. The model of interpretative structure is established, and the hierarchical relationship among factors is analyzed. The MICMAC analysis classifies the influencing factors, further analyzes the influence of each factor on the traffic congestion, finds the surface, middle and bottom influencing factors that cause the urban traffic congestion, and provides the basis for reference to alleviate the urban traffic congestion problem.

    Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)and associated proteins(Cas)comprise the CRISPR/Cas system,which confers adaptive immunity against foreign invading phages,plasmids and other mobile elements in many bacteria and most archaea.On the basis of the species and homology of the Cas protein,CRISPR/Cas systems have been classified into three distinct groups(type Ⅰ~Ⅲ).The component of type Ⅱ CRISPR/Cas9 system is the simplest one,and is well-charactered in resent study.CRISPR/Cas9 system modified by genetic engineering has proven to be an efficient gene-targeting tool in various organisms.Here,the auther review the discovery,components,molecular mechanism,applications,challenges and future prospect of CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing.

    A new Waugh molybdate formulated as (NH4)2(C5H6N)4MnMo9O32·8H2O has been isolated by reacting of (NH4)6MnMo9O32·6H2O and pyridine in aqueous solution, and characterized by single X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR and solid UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. Crystal structural analysis indicate that the title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a = 2.1805(17) nm, b = 1.4394(11) nm, c = 1.5707(12) nm,, β = 106.68(10)°, V = 4.7225(6) nm3, Z = 4, Dc = 3.386g cm-3, R1 = 0.0586, wR2 = 0.1831 (I>2, GOF = 1.058.
