    Atomic layer deposition process of SnO2 and TiO2 films on perovskite materials

    The diffusion reaction between the metal electrode and the halogen is an important factor of perovskite solar cell(PSC)degradation. Using atomic layer deposition(ALD)technology to deposit a dense buffer layer with good electrical performance between metal electrode and perovskite active layer is one of the preferred solutions to solve the above problems. This work studies the process compatibility of SnO2 and TiO2 films deposited on organohalide perovskite materials using ALD technology. The inverted PSCs are fabricated by using the optimized SnO2 and TiO2 film ALD process, and the J-V curves and stability tests in atmospheric environment for the PSCs show that the introduction of SnO2 and TiO2 buffer layers deposited by ALD technology significantly improves the stability of PSCs, and their power conversion efficiency has also been improved.

    Recent advances in robust credibilistic optimization

    Robust credibilistic optimization method is an effective modeling tool to deal with the uncertainty in fuzzy credibility distribution. This paper reviews some new developments of robust credibilistic optimization in recent years. As for the theory of robust credibilistic optimization, this paper reviews the definition of parameter selection variables under different fluctuation modes and their relationship with the construction of ambiguous distribution sets, from the distinction of vertical and horizontal fluctuation directions to the setting of single parameter and double parameter selection.     Fecal microbiota transplantation inhibited Klebsiella pneumoniae caused liver abscess infection in mice

    This work aims to explore the possibility of fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)to inhibit hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae caused liver abscess(KLA)infection in mice and its related mechanism. The mice were randomly divided into three groups: Healthy, Kp and FMT. Kp group mice were orally inoculated with 106 CFU of K.pneumoniae isolate; FMT group mice were given FMT(300 mg/mL, 0.3 mL)orally 24 h after K.pneumoniae isolate oral inoculation. Results showed that FMT effectively inhibited the KLA infection in mice at 48 h after K.pneumoniae isolate oral inoculation. FMT also reduced the levels of defensins in intestine and stomach, inflammatory cytokine TNF-α in serum, and increased the concentration of mucin 2 in intestine. Therefore, the intestinal microbiota and immune defense factors may be involved in the inhibition of FMT against liver abscess infection caused by hypervirulent K.pneumoniae in mice.

    Synthetic aperture radar(SAR)is a kind of active earth-observation system, which can produce high-resolution image all day and it has been widely used in agriculture and military. However, SAR image is affected by speckle due to the coherent imaging mechanism. In this paper, we propose a SAR image denoising algorithm based on generative adversarial network.We constructed the generated network by the structure of deep convolutional neural network(DCNN)with residual structure. The new generated network can accelerate the training process and improve the denoising performance. We also define a loss function by combining PSNR and SSIM, which makes the denoising result of SAR noisy image more in line with the visual perception requirements of human eyes. The experiment results show that the proposed algorithm can suppress speckle in SAR images and get good denoising result.

    In order to explore the effect of ultrasonic on mouse behavior and the mechanism of action of ultrasonic mouse repellent, a simple method for evaluating the effect of ultrasonic mouse repellent was established, which employed a commercially ultrasonic rodent repeller to investigate its effect on repelling mice in an open field.The spontaneous activity,elevated plus maze, and the sucrose water preference experiment were used to count the behavioral changes of mice under the stress of ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic mouse repellent. Results showed that the rodent repellent could drive away the mice during 10 d experiments. Continuous 10 d treatment with the ultrasonic repellent can cause the mice to decline in their ability to move and explore, induce anxiety and depression, and the above-mentioned changes caused by the ultrasonic generator treatment are more significant. This study can provide data support for the mechanism of ultrasonic repellent. It can also provide technical reference for the effect evaluation and research and development of related mouse repellents.

This paper reviewed in detail the characteristics and application status of affinity ultrafiltration technology, influencing factors, and the combination with other analytical technologies, in order to provide scientific ideas and basis for the construction of rapid screening strategies for natural active substances.

    Analysis of spike and LFP phase-locking distribution in rhesus monkeys with reach-grasp movement

    The phase-locking relationship between spike firing and local field potential(LFP)is an important neural coding information. However, the analysis of phase-locking distribution characteristics during continuous motion is still lacking.In this study, we used the phase-locking characteristics of spike and LFP delta rhythm in macaques with single-hand reach-to-grasping paradigm to analyze the phase-locking phase distribution in M1, S1 and PPC brain regions at different movement stages, at 100 ms before and after different events, and at continuous time bins.It was found that the phase-locking distribution of Spike and LFP had different phase distribution characteristics and peak position during different stages of continuous movement.In this paper, we analyzed the phase-locking phase distribution in the time bin of 100 ms before and after the occurrence of the key events TargetOn, CenterRelease and TargetHit. The results showed that the phase-locking distribution in the time bin of 100 ms before and after the occurrence of the event was significantly different, and the peak location of phase-locking increased with time.The continuous time bin was used to analyze the phase-locking phase distribution in motion, and the results showed that the phase-locking phase distribution changed with time, and this change became more dramatic before and after the CenterRelease event. Analysis of the mean difference of adjacent time bins showed that the phase-locking phase distribution changed most dramatically in the reaching stage.The regularity of the phase distribution of phase locking at different periods of time in continuous motion can provide a new way to interpret the neural information encoding in the process of motion.

The Tethys Sea has experienced dramatic changes from expansion, split, narrowing to extinction in its 200 million-year evolutionary history. This paper reviews the diversity studies of different animals in the Tethyan region, and systematically summarizes the impacts of the evolution and changes of the Tethys Sea on the global diversity patterns of animals. The Tethyan evolution has directly affected the current distribution and composition of global animal diversity by changing the physical connection between habitats, which determined the dispersal and isolation of animals. The Tethyan sea-land changes have indirectly affected the origin, dispersal, diversification, maintaining and extinction of animals in the Tethyan region by changing regional topographies and ecological environments, such as the formation of the Alpine-Himalayan orogenic belt, the emergence of freshwater habitats, the aridification of Central Asia, the occurrence of Messinian salinity crisis, and the emergence of the new cave and lake habitats. This paper emphasizes that the evolution and changes of the Tethys Sea is an essential driving force for the evolution of global animals and reveals the potential links between the formation of the current diversity patterns of animals and the series of tectonic activities in the Tethyan region.

In this work, the physical and chemical properties and the basic mechanical properties of non-spontaneous combustion coal gangue concrete under different coarse aggregate replacement rate, water-cement ratio, additional water consumption and aggregate gradation were studied. The results show that the bulk density and apparent density of non-spontaneous combustion coal gangue are smaller, water absorption is higher and crushing value is larger than that of ordinary gravel. The water-cement ratio and the replacement rate have significant effects on the slump of non-spontaneous combustion coal gangue concrete. The compressive strength, tensile strength and elastic modulus of concrete decrease gradually with the increase of non-spontaneous combustion coal gangue replacement rate and water-cement ratio. When the replacement rate is more than 50%, the above indexes decrease obviously.     This study established magnetic particles chemiluminescence method for the detection of serum human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)protein in the patients with breast cancer, and evaluated its performance and equivalence with market products. Furthermore, Ni-AlO was more stable than Ni-Al2O3. TEM, TPR and XPS characterizations revealed that the hydrotalcite precursor benefited for not only the dispersion of Ni, but also its interaction with the support, and in turn improved the catalytic performance of Ni-AlO.

The results show that the lateral photovoltage of the heterojunction is strongly dependent on the thickness of Bi2Te3 layer. With the increase of the thickness, the lateral photovoltage first increases rapidly to an extreme value, and then decreases gradually. When measured at different wavelengths and laser power, it is found that the heterojunction has a wide response band of 405—808 nm, and the position sensitivity increases with an increase of laser power and finally tends to reach saturation. Among them, the heterojunction shows the best lateral photovoltaic response at 671 nm, and the maximum position sensitivity reaches 3.4×10-2 V/mm. This result provides an important experimental basis for the development of Bi2Te3 based high sensitivity and broad band light position sensitive detector.

Tetracosaenoic acid, elaidic acid, threonine, serine acid, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, histidine acid and proline, show significant differences. Aspartic acid, glutamic acid, glycine, lacid,phenylalanine, tyrosine, l-arginine, and total amino acids show difference. Principal component analysis was performed on the combinations of nutrient compositions at different significance levels, and obvious clustering tendencies for donkey meat and other meats samples were found. Donkey meat samples can be correctly identified by the first two principal component scores extracted from the nutrient compositions of the highly significant differences(mostly flavor components). The results indicate that the classification of donkey meat and other meats based on the nutrient compositions combination is feasible, flavor component is a crucial classificant factor.

    To develop curcumin loaded microspheres suitable for transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)and to explore its therapeutic effect on liver cancer, microspheres were prepared with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as a carrier material by emulsification cross-linking method. The morphology and particle size distribution of the drug-loaded microspheres were evaluated. The inhibitory effects of microspheres on cancer cells were observed. We used VX2 liver cancer rabbit models to discuss the effectiveness of curcumin-loaded microspheres for hepatic artery embolization. Scanning electron microscope and particle size analysis showed that the microspheres had good sphericity. Safety testing determined that the safety index of microspheres was higher. The pharmacodynamic study showed that curcumin embolic microspheres could effectively play the role of arterial embolization after embolization administration and improve the therapeutic effect of liver cancer.     For improving the efficiency of delivery time and reducing cost for emergency materials distribution after natural disasters, this paper aims to construct a uncertain bi-objective chance-constrained programing model for optimizing total travel time and total cost, where the time restriction of demand center, the candidate rescue centers capacity and the vehicles capacity are limited, and the demand of materials and the travel time between two nodes are uncertain. For saving cost, vehicles are considered to stand at the nearby opened rescue center when it finishes its delivery tasks. In this paper, the programming model is solved by a genetic algorithm and the objective is handled by the idea of penalty function and weighting method. Finally, an numerical example is designed to show that this model and the algorithm are useful and available.

    A complex emitting orange yellow fluorescence were generated by the mixture of the alizarin red and excessive Al3+ at pH = 5.2. The maximum fluorescence excitation and emission wavelength of the colored complex were located at 469 nm and at 585 nm, respectively, The fluorescence intensity of the alizarin red-Al3+ system could be quenched by a certain amount of Cu2+,and the fluorescence quenching value showed a linear relationship with the concentration of Cu2+ within limits, thus establishing a sensitive and switching method for the determination of Cu2+. The optimal factors of the determination system were investigated,such as the dosage ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time,pH and buffer solution. The results showed that the standard working curve was ΔF=19.7c+101.21(R2=0.999 5), the linear range was 0.2~30 μmol/L, and the detection limit was 0.022 μmol/L. The method shows high accuracy, high sensitivity, good selectivity, and could be used for the detection of trace copper ion in water.

The practical application verifies the effectiveness of the uncertain DEA model without explicit inputs.

With VIMF as a polymerizable monomer, VIMF bonded silica gel chromatographic stationary phase(Sil-VIMF)material was prepared by thiol-ene click reaction. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis were used for characterization the Sil-VIMF material. The results proved the successful preparation of Sil-VIMF stationary phase material. The retention mechanism investigation results show that the Sil-VIMF stationary phase has a hydrophilic interaction chromatography retention mechanism. Chromatographic separation performance results show that Sil-VIMF stationary phase can achieve good separation for amides, nucleosides/nucleobases, and anilines. The column efficiency can reach 79 200 N/m. The Sil-VIMF stationary phase was further used for the separation and analysis of gastric cancer cell membrane lipid extracts. The effective separation and analysis of phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine was achieved, indicating good application potential.

    In order to improve the estimation efficiency of mean life for random truncated data, a nonparametric estimator based on ranked set sampling is proposed by adopting the idea of average rank. Its asymptotic normality is proved, and its asymptotic variance is identified. According to compare the new estimator with the corresponding estimator under simple random sampling, ranked set sampling is shown to be more efficient than simple random sampling. Finally, the application results of practical data verify the correctness of the theoretical results.

    In order to explore the effect of endoplasmic reticulum stress on white adipose tissue in mice, endoplasmic reticulum stress was induced in mice by intraperitoneal injection of tunicamycin.This constructed an endoplasmic reticulum stress mouse model. Then, white fat from the epididymis of mice was obtained. RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the mRNA level and protein expression of endoplasmic reticulum stress-related factors in white adipose tissue. The changes of white adipose tissue cells were observed by fluorescence microscope, the content of triglycerides, free fatty acids and the secretion of adipocytokines and inflammatory factors were measured. The results showed that treatment with 1.0 mg/kg tunicamycin for 72 h was the best in inducing endoplasmic reticulum stress in mice.     A solution based on monocular vision is proposed to recognize the position of the vehicle ahead and to monitor the safe distance in automatic driving. Firstly, whether the vehicle ahead is a monitoring vehicle can be judged by whether the contour of the vehicle ahead intersects with the roadway and the dividing line of the roadway. Secondly, according to the corresponding relationship between pixel coordinate system and spatial coordinate system in the image, the transformation model is built to calculate the real distance from the monitored vehicle. Finally, the speed of this vehicle is calculated according to the position change of the crossable delimitation line of the same direction roadway in the continuous image frames, and the safety distance between this vehicle and the monitored vehicle is determined according to the traffic laws and regulations. Experimental results show that this solution can effectively recognize the position of the vehicle ahead, monitor the safety distance and reduce the system cost.

    Preparation technology of Artemisia argyi formula granules

    In order to reduce the loss of volatile was oil in the preparation of standard decoction and formula granules, the volatile oil was included with β-cyclodextrin(β-CD), and the inclusion rate of volatile oil was used as an evaluation index to optimize the package of volatile oil and β-CD. Gas chromatography was used to determine the inclusion rate. The correlation among decoction pieces, standard decoction and formula granules was investigated by the content determination of index components and fingerprint. The average inclusion rate of volatile oil obtained by inclusion process was 96.40%, and the preparation method of Artemisia argyi standard decoction and formula granules was established. The average content of eucalyptus olein in the formula granules was 0.738 4 mg/g, and the transfer rate was 33.48%. The average content of borneol was 0.334 1 mg/g, and the transfer rate was 25.41%. The inclusion process and the preparation process of formula granules have high stability and good repeatability.The content of index components of standard decoction and formula granules is consistent, which can provide theoretical reference for industrial production of enterprises.

    Pattern of hexagon with line has been found for the first time in dielectric barrier discharge system. An intensified charge-coupled device camera and photomultiplier tubes were used to investigate the spatiotemporal structure and temporal correlation of the luminescent pattern. It is found that the luminescent pattern is composed of three sets of substructures: the center point in the hexagon, the point on the hexagon;the line between two points of the hexagon and the halo of the hexagon. Lets call them C(center), V(vertex)+L(line), H(halo). All of their discharges occur at the rising edge of the voltage. The optical signals at V and L were measured by two photomultiplier tubes simultaneously.It is found that both of their discharge in the second current pulse are random. Photos with exposure time of 50 μs were taken by high speed video camera, the results show that L is composed of random filaments.     The inhibitory effect and mechanism of Chidamide on the proliferation of colon cancer cell line HCT-15 were studied. HCT-15 were treated with different concentrations of Chidamide, and cell proliferation and drug sensitivity were detected by CCK-8 method; The ability of cell clone formation in vitro was detected by plate clone formation assay. Apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry. The cell cycle was detected by EdU experiment, the expression level of acetylated histone, mitochondrial apoptosis-related proteins, and cell cycle-related proteins were detected by Western blot. The results of western blot showed that acetylated histones H3, H4, mitochondria-mediated apoptosis-related proteins, p21, and p27 were up-regulated. Meanwhile, CDK2 and cyclin A2 were down-regulated. Chidamide could inhibit proliferation, induce apoptosis and block the cell cycle of HCT-15 cells.

    Osteomyelitis is an infectious inflammation of deep tissues caused by bacterial infection. Persistent infection will lead to dissolution and necrosis of bone tissues. At present, it is difficult to cure osteomyelitis completely by surgical treatment and antibiotic treatment, and long-term use of antibiotics will make bacteria resistant, which makes it more difficult to treat osteomyelitis. Photodynamic antibacterial chemotherapy(PACT)is a new method of anti-infection treatment. Infection caused by drug-resistant bacteria has a good curative effect. This paper introduces the causes of refractory osteomyelitis, the advantages of PACT in the treatment of osteomyelitis and the recent experimental research progress. With the in-depth study of PACT for osteomyelitis, PACT is expected to become a new method to completely cure osteomyelitis.

    In order to solve the problem of parameter estimation for time censored exponential life data, the maximum likelihood estimation using ranked set sampling method is studied. For the problem that likelihood equation’s root under ranked set sampling is not found, some terms of likelihood equation are replaced with their expectations, and the modified maximum likelihood estimation is given. The comparison results of estimation efficiencies show that the proposed estimator using ranked set sampling method is better than maximum likelihood estimator using simple random sampling method.

    Competition and induction inhibition of bacterium HT-6 on mycelia growth of Phytophthora infestans

    In order to deeply understand the antagonistic mechanism of bacterium HT-6 against Phytophthora infestans, the agar column method was used to observe the competition in spatial position between HT-6 strain and P. infestans. Chrome Azurol Sulphonate(CAS)medium was used to survey and determine the production of siderophore. Sulfuric acid anthrone colorimetric method and salicylic acid-concentrated sulfuric acid colorimetry method were used to compare the utilization rates of glucose and nitrate nitrogen, respectively. At the same time, P. infestans and its cell wall preparation(CWP)were used as inducers to induce the cellulase and β-1,3-glucanase produced by HT-6, which were observed based on the plate transparent circle method and measured with DNS method. The inhibition of HT-6 free cell fermentation liquid induced by CWP on P. infestans mycelia growth was evaluated with dual culture method. The results showed that P. infestans mycelia inoculated on PDA column alone could grow along column and spread quickly onto Rye medium, HT-6 docked with P. infestans on the agar column could rapidly grow and spread on the surface of the Rye medium, as well, while P. infestans docked with HT-6 on the agar column grew only in agar column and was inhibited by HT-6; HT-6 could produce siderophore, while P. infestans could not. The utilization rates of glucose(75.66%)and nitrate nitrogen(69.05%)by HT-6 were significantly higher than those of P. infestans(55.97% and 56.87%), respectively. And HT-6 strain could not produce cellulase and β-1,3-glucanase as it was cultured alone, but both P. infestans strain and its CWP could induce HT-6 to produce these two enzymes. Activities of cellulase and β-1,3-glucanase induced by P. infestans strain were 6.638,2.913 U, while those by CWP were 1.326,1.289 U, respectively. There was a significant difference between two induction treatments(P<0.05); HT-6 free cell fermentation liquid containing two enzymes after CWP induction had a significant inhibitory effect on P. infestans mycelia growth, inhibition rate was 33.25%, but it was significantly lower than that of the HT-6 bacterial solution, inhibition rate reached up to 81.33%. It indicated that the bacterium HT-6 can inhibit the P. infestans through both the competition of space and nutrition,and producing the cell wall degrading enzymes induced by P.infestans, in which space and nutrition competition are dominant.

    Wheel-rail complex excitation has a significant effect on the dynamic behavior of faulty axlebox bearing during the train operation. Firstly, this paper uses the Universal Mechanism(UM)software to establish a vehicle-track dynamic model, and obtains the vertical, longitudinal and lateral loads of axlebox bearing under wheel-rail complex excitation based on the verification of vehicle models for stability, smoothness and safety. Secondly, the dynamic model of axlebox bearing with inner race spalling is established via Solidworks and ADAMAS softwares, and the accuracy of the proposed model is verified by comparison with the axlebox bearing experiments on the roll-vibration test bench. Finally, further comparison of the simulation results under the consideration of wheel-rail excitation and the constant load condition reveals that the contact load between the bearing components is significantly increased by the wheel-rail excitation,and the trajectories of the mass center for the bearing cage and outer ring fluctuate more drastically. The research results are of great significance in revealing the vibration characteristics law of the bearing internal components of faulty axlebox bearing under actual operating conditions.

    Analysis of photo-biological safety of indoor LED light sources

    Testing platform for photo-biological safety was built in our laboratory in order to evaluate the potential photo-biological safety risk of indoor LED light sources. Several kinds of indoor LED light sources which were extensively used were tested by this system, mainly including the testing of irradiance and radiance. Furthermore, the work analyzed the experimental results according to the requirement of the standard GB /T 20145—2006: photo-biological safety of lamps and lamp system. At last, the hazard class of the light sources was evaluated and determined. The results have a certain reference significance for the research of testing system and testing method for photo-biological safety of the LED products.

    A new threshold segmentation method for cotton root images

    In order to detect the cotton root in situ, an automatic global threshold segmentation method was proposed for cotton root image segmentation. Digital device imaging method was used to collect the cotton in-situ root system images, and the automatic global threshold method was used to segment the images. Firstly, the acquired root images are spatially transformed, and the acquired root images are segmented in HSV space. Then, the global threshold segmentation method is used to select the threshold value to binarize the image, and the closed operation method is used to denoise the binary image. Finally, all the noises in the image were filtered through the shape feature screening, and the slender root features in the image are selected. This algorithm can effectively suppress the influence of noise and soil impurities, and can accurately segment the root system. It is an effective method for fast detection of crop root images.
