Abstract

The NO fluorescence emission spectrum in DBD (Dielectric barrier discharge) was obtained at low pressure. Through detailed analysis, most of the lines are attributed to the A2∑+→X2П1/2,2/3 transition. The possibility of dissociation of NO during the discharge is proved.
