摘要: 研究了Br-,I-对ZnS:Mn,Cu*X中M2+,Cu+发光中心 的影响,研究了材料的发光光谱和激发发光波形,发现Br-的掺入对ZnS:Mn,Cu*X的Mn 2+发光中心、Cu+绿色发光中心的激发态寿命有明显的影响.Br-的掺入使绿色发光 中心的发光增强,绿色发光中心的激发态寿命减小;使橙色发光中心激发态寿命增加。

Abstract: The effect of Br- and I- on the Mn2+ and Cu+ lumin escence center of Zn S:Mn,Cu*X was investigated. The luminescence spectra and excitation luminescenc e waveform was investigated. We found the evidence effect of Br- on the half life of excitation stater of Mn2+ and Cu+ luminescence center.The lumine s cence intensity of Cu+ green luminescence center increase with Br- increase. The half life of excitation stater of Cu2+ decrease with the Br- increas e.The half life of excitation stater of Mn2+ increase with the Br+ incre ased.
