加速溶剂萃取在动物源食品农兽药残留分析中的应用进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 加速溶剂萃取(ASE)是一种绿色萃取新技术.讨论了ASE的萃取原理和温度、压力、溶剂种类与组成、分散剂与改进剂、样品基质组成和萃取模式对萃取效率的影响.综合评述了加速溶剂萃取在动物源食品中农兽药多残留分析中的应用进展.
