Gradient strontium-brushite coatings of medical titanium alloy surface

摘要: 通过2步电化学沉积工艺,以医用钛合金(Ti-6Al-4V)作为基板,制备梯度掺锶透钙磷石涂层,为涂层钛(合金)的临床应用与进一步实验研究提供有价值的理论参考.实验采用X线衍射仪(XRD)以及X线荧光光谱仪(XRF)检测试件涂层成分和掺锶量,场发射扫描电镜(SEM)观测微观形貌,溶血实验检测溶血率,初步判断其体外生物相容性.根据检测结果,按照n(Sr)/n(Sr+Ga)计算涂层掺锶量,结果显示成功在钛合金基板上制备锶的物质的量分数为10%、15%、20%的透钙磷石涂层,SEM观察涂层形态规则致密,检测溶血率均小于5%,符合医用材料相应要求(<5%).

Abstract: The concentration gradient of strontium-doped brushite coatings was prepared by two steps electrochemical depositions on the surface of medical titanium alloy(Ti-6Al-4V),which provided valuable theoretical reference for the clinical application and further experimental research of titanium(alloy)coating.The chemical compositions of coatings was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),and the concentration of doped strontium was examed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF).Field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to examine the morphology of strontium-doped brushite coatings.The biocompatibility of strontium-doped brushite coatings was judged preliminarily by hemolysis rate that was tested by hemolysis test in vitro.The concentration of strontium was calculated according to the ratio of n(Sr)/n(Sr+Ga).Our results showed the concentrations of strontium-doped for strontium-doped brushite coatings were the percent of 10,15 and 20.The SEM images showed that the morphology of coatings was regular and compact.The rate of hemolysis was less than 5%,which was in accordance with the requirements of medical materials(<5%).
