考虑回收竞争和销售竞争的最优回收渠道设计

Optimal collecting channel design considering collection and retail competitions

摘要: 为了设计回收竞争和销售竞争交互作用下闭环供应链的最优回收渠道,基于1个制造商和2个零售商组成的闭环供应链,通过考虑不同的回收模式,建立了4个决策模型;运用最优化理论法求解模型的最优解,并给出数值例子对模型的最优解比较分析,研究了销售竞争和回收竞争的交互作用对闭环供应链整体的回收绩效、闭环供应链成员的最优决策和最大利润的影响.研究表明在回收竞争和销售竞争的交互作用下,制造商参与回收的模式会使闭环供应链整体获得更高的回收绩效和利润.

Abstract: In order to design the optimal collecting channel of closed-loop supply chain under the interaction of collection and retail competitions, based on the closed-loop supply chain consisting of a manufacturer and two retailers and by considering different collecting modes, four decision models are established. This paper utilizes the optimization theory method to solve the optimal solutions of models, and gives numerical examples to compare and analyze the optimal solutions of models and studies the effects of the interaction of collection and retail competitions on the whole closed-loop supply chain’s collection performance, the channel members’ optimal decisions and maximum profits. The results show that under the interaction of collection and retail competitions, the pattern of manufacturer participating in collecting will make the whole closed-loop supply chain obtain higher collecting performance and profit.
