LED球泡灯光衰激活能评估方法

Evaluation methods of luminous-flux-attenuation activation energy for LED bulb lamp

摘要: 通过对BPZ 220/5 W JA55型阳光球泡灯进行额定功率下40 ℃和60 ℃温度应力加速寿命实验,分析了该款LED球泡灯的失效机理.通过推导激活能计算公式,建立了计算光衰激活能的理论模型,给出了测试LED球泡灯光衰激活能方法.通过实验测定该款球泡灯的光衰激活能数值为0.67 eV.

Abstract: Under the rated power, temperature stress accelerated life test of BPZ 220/5 W JA55 bulb lamp was performed under thermal stress of 40 ℃ and 60 ℃ respectively, and the failure mechanism of the LED bulb samples was analyzed. A method to evaluate luminous-flux-attenuation activation energy value for LED bulb lamps was proposed, and a theoretical model to calculate luminous-flux-attenuation activation energy value was established in this paper. Thereby, the luminous-flux attenuation activation energy value of 0.67 eV was determined based on the above mentioned theory.
