摘要: 针对电流传感器故障影响电气传动系统正常工作问题,提出了一种新型的多电流传感器故障检测与容错控制方法.首先,基于异步电机矢量控制原理引入判断函数Zi和Pi,并设置滞环比较器,利用比较器的输出结果设计了一种针对单、多电流传感器的故障检测方式;然后,结合空间矢量脉宽调制(space vector pulse width modulation, SVPWM)原理以及直流母线电压和扇区电压的关系对故障相电流传感器进行容错控制;最后,利用MATLAB软件进行算法验证与对比分析.结果表明:本方法对异步电机多电流传感器的容错控制具有可行性,对于故障相的定位性强,精度高;在对三相电流重构方面优于传统滑模观测器方案和理想电机模型+扩展卡尔曼滤波方案,其重构后的容错还原率达到正常工况下的95.4%,具有更好的控制效果.

Abstract: Aiming at current sensor fault affecting the normal operation of the electric drive system, a new fault detection and fault-tolerant control method of multi-current sensor was proposed. Firstly, based on the vector control principle of induction motor, the judgment functions Zi and Pi were introduced and hysteresis comparator was set up. A fault detection method for single and multiple current sensors was designed based on the output results of the comparator. Then, according to the space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)principle and the relationship between DC bus voltage and sector voltage, the fault tolerant control of the fault phase current sensor was carried out. Finally, the method were verified and comparative analysis by MATLAB software was performed. The results show that the proposed method is feasible for the multi-sensor fault-tolerant control of asynchronous motor. It has strong localization ability and high accuracy for fault phases, and it is superior to the traditional sliding mode observer scheme and the ideal motor model with extended Kalman filter scheme in terms of three-phase current reconstruction. The fault tolerant reduction rate after reconstruction reaches 95.4% of the normal working condition, and it has better control effect.
