超声辐射下利用Paal-Knorr反应合成多取代吡咯衍生物

摘要: 研究了在超声辐射下几种1,4-二酮与取代的芳香伯胺进行的Paal-Knorr缩合反应.与传统的加热方法相比较,在超声辐射下利用Paal-Knorr缩合反应合成多取代吡咯具有产率高、时间短、条件温和以及实验操作步骤简单等诸多优点,具有一定的实用价值.

Abstract: Polysubstituted pyrroles were synthesized via ultrasonic-assisted Paal-Knorr condensation of 1,4-diketone with aromatic amines at room temperature. Compared with conventional heating method, the ultrasonic-assisted reaction showed certain practical value for it's higher yield, shorter reaction time, mild reaction condition, simple procedure and so on.
