摘要: 制备了蒙脱石-铁(Ⅲ)催化剂.通过X射线衍射、电子显微镜 等研究了催化剂的 结构性质.在蒙脱石-铁(Ⅲ)催化剂中Fe(Ⅲ)存在于层间,蒙脱石结构没有根本变化.催化剂 中石英含量约为22%~24%.EC1,EC2中蒙脱结构缺陷较EC4,EC5和EC6少.EC4, EC5和EC6做催化剂时使反应物转化率高、速度快,与反应液分离简单,可重复使用.

Abstract: Montmorillonite-iron(Ⅲ)catalyst is prepared.By means of X ray powder diffraction and electron microscope the structural properties of the catalyst a re studied.Fe(Ⅲ) exists in the lager of montmorillonite-iron catalyst.The s tructure of montmorillonite has no change.The quartz composition in the cata lyst is about 22%~24%.The structural defecd of montmorillonite in EC1 and E C 2 is less than that of EC4,EC5 and EC6.The rate of transformation is hig h and the velocity is rapid when EC4,EC5 and EC6 are used as catalysts,at the sa me time the separation is simple and can be used repeatedly.
