摘要: 对具有相同大小人工缺陷的铝合金板、铜板、不锈钢板,在不同频率的条件下进行了有限元程序ansys 仿真分析,通过对仿真结果的电磁场磁力线分布的分析,得出线圈的电流实部与电流虚部,进而得出对应的阻抗图.模拟结果为电阻率、频率会导致线圈阻抗变化,此结论对实际测试工作有一定的指导作用.

Abstract: In this paper,the ansys simulation analysis on aluminum alloy plate,copper plate,and stainless steel plate under the different frequencies with the same artificial defects were carried out.Through the analysis of the magnetic field lines in the electromagnetic field distribution,the test gives the real and the imaginary part of the current,and the corresponding impedance map is obtained.The simulation result points out that the impedance of the coil is changed due to the resistivity,frequency and defects.The conclusion is valuable for practical testing.
