阿比特龙环糊精包合物片剂的制备工艺

Preparation of abiraterone cyclodextrin inclusion complex tablets

摘要: 研究了阿比特龙2-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物片剂的最佳制备工艺.采用正交实验设计方法,以素片的崩解时限为考察指标,筛选最佳制备工艺.结果表明片剂的最佳制备工艺:乳糖15 g,交联羧甲基纤维素钠1 g,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的质量分数为3%.通过优化制备的包合物片剂工艺稳定、可行.

Abstract: To study the best technie of the abiraterone-2- hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex tablets. Orthogonal experiment was used to select of the best preparation technology by using the time limit of the disintegrating of vegetarian tablets as the investigation index. Best preparation of tablets are lactose 15 g, the amount of crosslinked sodium carboxymethylcellulose 1 g, 3%(g/g)binder. This method of preparation of the abiraterone-2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex tablets is reasonable and reliable.
