Synthesis and photocatalytic properties of three heteropoly acid quaternary ammonium salts based on Waugh-type structure

摘要: 以(NH4)6MnMo9O32·9H2O 为前体原料,采用水溶液法制备了3种新的Waugh 型锰钼杂多酸季铵盐:(NH4)2[(C4H9)4N]4MnMo9O32(1)、(NH4)2[(C6H5CH2(CH3)3N]4MnMo9O32(2)和(NH4)2[C6H5CH2(CH2CH2CH2CH3)3N]4MnMo9O32·H2O(3),并利用傅里叶红外光谱、热重分析、元素分析和X线粉末衍射分析对化合物进行了表征.紫外光照下研究了3种化合物对亚甲基蓝模拟染料废水的光催化降解性能和动力学行为,结果表明:3种化合物对亚甲基蓝模拟染料废水均具有高效的光催化活性,降解率为98.28%~99.64%,且化合物3对亚甲基蓝的光催化行为符合一级动力学特征,动力学方程为ln(c0/ct)=0.068 2t,降解速率常数为0.068 2 min-1,半衰期为10.2 min.

Abstract: Three heteropoly acid quaternary ammonium salts based on Waugh-type structure,(NH4)2[(C4H9)4N]4MnMo9O32(1),(NH4)2[(C6H5CH2(CH3)3N]4MnMo9O32(2)and(NH4)2[C6H5CH2(CH2CH2CH2CH3)3N]4MnMo9O32·H2O(3), were prepared by the solution method using(NH4)6MnMo9O32·9H2O as a raw material. The compounds were characterized by IR, TG, elemental analysis and XRD. The photocatalytic degradation performance and kinetic behavior of the three compounds on methylene blue simulated dye wastewater were investigated under ultraviolet(UV)irradiation.The results showed that the three compounds exhibited efficient photocatalytic activities on methylene blue simulated dye wastewater, with the degradation rates from 98.28% to 99.64%. The photocatalytic behavior of compound 3 on methylene blue was in accordance with the first-order kinetic characteristics, and the kinetic equation was ln(c0/ct)=0.068 2t, the degradation rate constant was 0.068 2 min-1, and the half-life was 10.2 min.
