Progress in biosafety study of nano-hydroxyapatite on bone-associated cells

Abstract: A review of the biosafety of Nano-hydroxyapatite is briefly summarized,in cluding the effects of Nano-hydroxyapatite on bone formation and osteoblastic cell activity.The influence of Nano-hydroxyapatite on osteoblast and dispersion of stromal cells osteogenesis, function and mechanism of formation of bone in the body are introduced.The effects of Nano- hydroxyapatite on cell vibility through different concentration and size of cell, and the reseach progress about the effects of Nano- hydroxyapatite on cell vibility through the reactive oxygen、mitochondrial and lysosome pathways are also concluded.
