Qualities and antioxidant activities of lotus leaves in different regions of Baiyangdian Lake

Abstract: In order to explore the differences in quality and antioxidant activities of lotus leaves in different regions of Baiyangdian Lake, this work studied the lotus leaves in seven representative regions of Baiyangdian Lake.The results demonstrated that there were significant differences in the physiological traits,active and nutritional ingredients and antioxidant activities of the lotus leaves in different regions of Baiyangdian Lake: The lotus leaves in the Yangzhuangzi and Shaochedian regions had higher contents of active ingredient;The lotus leaves in the Shaochedian region had higher contents of protein and vitamin C,and the soluble sugar and protein contents in lotus leaves were higher in Guolikou region than that in the other regions;The lotus leaves in the Datianzhuang region had higher activities in 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)radical scavenging and O-2 radical scavenging activity.Comprehensive analysis revealed that the lotus leaves in the Shaochedian and Datianzhuang sampling points had higher qualities and stonger antioxidant activities.This results of this study provided a theoretical basis for selecting the optimal picking region of lotus leaves in Baiyangdian Lake.- DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1000-1565.2020.05.011白洋淀不同区域荷叶品质和抗氧化性差异郭春延1,楚建周1,2,薛晶晶1,郭臣臣1,申雨肖1,姚晓芹1,2,3(1.河北大学 生命科学学院,河北 保定 071002;2.河北大学 生命科学与绿色发展研究院,河北 保定 071002;3.河北省湿地生态与保护重点实验室(筹),河北 衡水 053000)摘 要:为探究白洋淀不同区域荷叶品质和抗氧化性的差异,对白洋淀7个有代表性采样点的荷叶进行了研究.实验结果表明,白洋淀7个采样点荷叶的品质和抗氧化性差异明显:杨庄子和烧车淀采样点的荷叶活性成分含量较高;烧车淀采样点的荷叶蛋白和维生素C含量较高,郭里口采样点的荷叶可溶性糖和蛋白含量较高;而大田庄采样点的荷叶具有较强的1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)和O-2自由基清除活性.因此,综合分析表明,烧车淀和大田庄采样点的荷叶均具有较高的品质和较强的抗氧化性.关键词:白洋淀;荷叶;活性成分;营养成分;抗氧化性中图分类号:R282 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1000-1565(2020)05-0527-09Qualities and antioxidant activities of lotus leaves in different regions of Baiyangdian LakeGUO Chunyan1, CHU Jianzhou1,2, XUE Jingjing1, GUO Chenchen1, SHEN Yuxiao1, YAO Xiaoqin1,2,3(1.College of Life Sciences, Hebei University, Baoding 071002, China; 2.Institute of Life Science and Green Development, Hebei University, Baoding 071002, China; 3.
