    Optimization of hospital toll window setting based on queuing theory

    Long waiting time in the patients payment queue can cause dissatisfaction in the patient and even cause the patients to leave the payment queuing system. Based on the study of the stochastic dynamic characteristics of the hospital charging process, a method of setting the hospital toll window based on queuing theory is proposed. With the introduction of the M/M/c/∞/∞/FCFS queuing model, a cost model of queuing system in hospital toll window was formulated. The waiting cost of the patient and the operating cost of the hospital itself are minimized, and probabilistic analysis was carried out on the basis of the optimal model. Finally, the method was tested by taking Tianjin Xiqing Hospital as an example.The results show that the hospital toll window optimization setting not only improves the patient satisfaction degree, but also improves the working efficiency of the toll staff.

    Loess high fill subgrade is prone to uneven settlement deformation. In order to better study its settlement mechanism and establish a settlement prediction mechanism and guide specific projects to ensure project safety, this article relies on the K46+500 project of the typical loess high-filled subgrade section of the ZT5 bid section of the Yanqing to Chongli Expressway in the Winter Olympics,and use the measured data from three settlement monitoring points at the site and use the logarithmic curve fitting method and hyperbola the fitting method and the power curve fitting method used to fit and analyze the measured settlement data in the field to establish a more accurate settlement prediction model. The research results show that: 1)The fitting correlation coefficients of the three curve fitting methods are all above 0.98, which can accurately predict the short-term settlement of the high-filled subgrade. 2)By comparing and analyzing the prediction results of the three prediction models and the measured values, it is found that the minimum error sum of squares between the predicted results and the measured values of the hyperbolic model is 4.09 mm2, and the prediction accuracy is the highest. 3)Based on the established hyperbolic prediction model, the final settlement prediction of the settlement of high-filled subgrade is carried out, and it is concluded that the settlement rate of the subgrade is 0.01mm/d at 517 days, and the settlement is stable. 4)By using FLAC3D software to analyze and compare the hyperbolic prediction model to verify the reliability of the hyperbolic model.

    The excavation of deep foundation pit of natural foundation of super high-rise building in weathered sandstone area of Lanzhou is the first foundation pit excavation project of natural foundation in Gansu Province. The mechanical characteristics of foundation pit excavation are affected by excavation method, soil layer and mechanical properties. In this paper, triaxial test and finite element numerical simulation are used to analyze the change of surrounding mechanical properties caused by foundation pit excavation in this area. The shear strength parameters of weathered sandstone are obtained by triaxial test, and the three-dimensional numerical model of foundation pit excavation is established by using finite element numerical simulation software. The stress and deformation curves in the process of foundation pit excavation are obtained.     Quantum dots sensitized solar cells have received much attention because of its many advantages(such as straight forward synthesis procedure, low spending and superior theoretical photoelectric conversion property), the highest efficiency has exceeded 13%.The performance of the solar cell is mainly caused by the photoanode, the counter electrode and the electrolyte. Therefore, optimizing the above parts can greatly improve the cells performance. This paper introduces the structure, working principle and the latest research progress of quantum dot sensitized solar cells. The current research results and existing problems of photoanodes are reviewed, and the optimization of photoanodes is further prospected.

    Andreev reflection can occur in normal metal/quantum dots/superconductor structures. If the Majorana bound states(MBSs)are coupled to the quantum dots of the structure, the Andreev reflected conductance will change in a special way and can be used to detect MBSs.In this paper, the effect of MBSs on the transport properties of linear triple quantum dots connected between normal metal and superconductor is studied.It is found that the Andreev reflection conductance at zero Fermi energy is always equal to 0.5 G0(G0=2e2/h)without considering the coupling between MBSs. And it is not affected by the quantum dot energy level, the coupling strength between quantum dots, and the coupling strength between quantum dots and electrodes, and it has obvious robustness.

    Tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBPA), an emerging contaminant, is a common bromine-based flame retardant(BFRs)widely found in plastics, textiles and electronic components. Since TBBPA is added as a non-reactive additive to the product, it is easy to spread into the environment. Because of its persistence, biotoxicity and accumulation, it poses a serious threat to the ecological environment and human health. Therefore, the removal of TBBPA in the environment has become a hot issue. At home and abroad, the methods and mechanisms of adsorption, thermal degradation, photodegradation and catalytic degradation of TBBPA were reviewed and compared, and the existing problems and future research directions were discussed and prospected.

    To study the best technie of the abiraterone-2- hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex tablets. Orthogonal experiment was used to select of the best preparation technology by using the time limit of the disintegrating of vegetarian tablets as the investigation index. Best preparation of tablets are lactose 15 g, the amount of crosslinked sodium carboxymethylcellulose 1 g, 3%(g/g)binder. This method of preparation of the abiraterone-2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex tablets is reasonable and reliable.

    The chemical constituents of the standard extracts of the four medicinal materials in Yinzhihuang formula were analyzed by HPLC, and determined the content of chlorogenic acid, 1,3-dicaffeoylquinic acid, isochlorogenic acid B, isochlorogenic acid A, isochlorogenic acid C, geniposide, baicalin, wogonin, baicalein, wogonoside, oroxylin A, and neochlorogenic acid. The separation was carried out on a Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column, and gradient eluted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-0.1% formic acid aqueous solution(B)with 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃. The main components in the four standard medicinal extracts of Yinzhihuang formula can be separated in the chromatographic conditions. Precision, repeatability, and stability were good, and the average recoveries were between 98.84%~102.22%. The developed method was simple and effective for the determination of the components in the four medicinal materials, and the result is accurate and reliable, it can provide a reference for the Yinzhihuang formulation of the quality standard of medicinal extracts and a basis for the analysis of the main chemical components.

    The purpose of this paper is to explore whether Hummers method can obtain graphite oxide with good degree of oxidation at low temperature.In this paper, a new Hummers method which is safe and effective at low temperature is studied based on the principle of gravity deposition.Through exploring the influence of five factors, such as low temperature, medium temperature, high temperature time, high temperature and potassium permanganate dose ratio, on the degree of graphite oxidation.A simple and reasonable Hummers method was finally obtained by adopting a new method of impurity removal.The experimental results show that a good oxidation ratio can be prepared at 45 ℃.

The distribution of rotifer species at each sampling site is significantly different, with a maximum of 20 species(Julongdian)and a minimum of only 6 species(Damaidian). The average abundance and biomass of rotifers showed obvious seasonal changes, the highest in autumn(3 372 ind./L, 0.90 mg/L), the second in summer(1 240 ind./L, 0.88 mg/L), and the lowest in spring(210 ind./L, 0.22 mg/L), the highest abundance was 6 930 ind./L(Sanjiaodian, autumn), and the lowest was only 2 ind./L(Pingyangdian, summer). The Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H')and evenness index(J)have the highest average values in summer, Which were 2.30 and 0.86, respectively. Correlation analysis showed that rotifer abundance was significantly positively correlated with DO, WD, Chla, and TP, and significantly negatively correlated with Tr; the number of rotifer species was significantly positively correlated with WD, and significantly negatively correlated with WT. Comparing with previous data, the water quality of Baiyangdian Lake is better but still in a state of eutrophication.

    As one of the most important water supply river of Baiyangdian Lake, the water quality of Fuhe River has a direct impact on Baiyangdian Lake, so the monitoring of Fuhe River plays an important role for the protection and management of Baiyangdian Lake. In order to understand the temporal and spatial changes of Fuhe Rivers water quality, the diversity of periphyton community was investigated in 10 sampling sites in Fuhe River and one sampling site as the reference in Baiyangdian Lake(Shihoudian Lake). From the temporal dimension, the species number was the most in summer, and the least in autumn. From spatial dimension, periphyton species number was the most in Shihoudian Lake and the least in the East Lake. 2)The Shannon-Wiener index(H')and Margalef index(M)of periphyton in Fuhe River showed the same changing trend, which was generally higher in summer than in spring and autumn, while the Pielou index(J)was higher in autumn. H', M and J index were highest in Shihoudian Lake, and the lowest in Wangting. 3)Trophic level index(TLI)method was used to estimate Fuhe Rivers eutrophication level, which indicated that the water was slightly eutrophicated in spring and summer, while Mesotrophic in autumn, the TLI index in Northern Lake and Shihoudian Lake were generally lower. By using different methods to evaluate the water quality of Fuhe River, and the results were basically the same. As the heterogeneity occurs, the water quality changed obviously. It was best in autumn while worst in spring in time, and in space,it was best in Bei Lake while worst in upstream of Fuhe River. Two methods were used to evaluate the water quality of Fuhe River, which provided basic data and theoretical support for the ecological restoration of Fuhe River and Baiyangdian Lake.

    In order to improve the accuracy of medical pathological image classification, a PSO parameter optimization algorithm with adaptive iterative optimization function is proposed.First, a position updating strategy based on the adaptive principle is proposed on the basis of the classical PSO algorithm.Then, an adaptive iterative optimization function is designed in the process of particle parameter optimization.The algorithm can search for optimal solution without considering the influence of speed.Finally, the PSO optimized support vector machine algorithm is used to classify and detect pathological images.The experimental results show that the classification accuracy of the algorithm is 98.5%, which is higher than that of the other two algorithms.The results of classified detection are in accordance with the results of clinical diagnosis and meet the requirements of medical research.

    By giving the adaptive weight to the users trust in project score data and social trust, a comprehensive personalized recommendation algorithm combining multi-view trust and probability matrix decomposition was proposed to improve the recommendation accuracy. The algorithm was verified on the Filmtrust dataset. The results showed that the proposed algorithm was effectively improved on both MAE(mean absolute error)and RMSE(root mean squared error)indicators compared with related algorithms.
