Abstract: The Auricularia polytricha(Mont.)Sacc cell engineering strain Xinheda SL205 was used as the test strain, the A. auricularia bran was used as the main reproductive growth substrate, and the mycelium growth rate and reproductive growth biological efficiency were used as indicators. Different medium formulations were designed and tested. The optimal medium formulations were selected for the Xinheda SL205 strain: A. auricularia bran is 50%(mass fraction), sawdust 30%, corn cob 10%, bran 8% and lime 2%. Under this medium, the average growth rate of Xinheda SL205 was 7.26 mm/d, and the biological efficiency was 126.29%. It had the strongest biodegradation ability for A. auricularia bran, effectively reducing the non-point source pollution caused by A. auricularia bran.
