    Derivations and crossed modules of 3-Lie-Rinehart algebras

    For a given commutative associative algebra A, and a 3-Lie algebra L and a 3-Lie A -algebra R over a field F of characteristic zero, derivations from the 3-Lie-Rinehart algebra(L,A,ρ)to the 3-Lie A -algebra(R,A), and crossed modules(R,A,β,∂)of 3-Lie-Rinehart algebras are studied. Derivations from 3-Lie-Rinehart algebras to 3-Lie A-algebras are characterized by means of 3-Lie-Rinehart algebra homomorphisms.

    The traditional sensorless control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor has the problems of poor dynamic performance and low accuracy of speed signal observation.In order to solve these problems,a new sensorless control method for permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed. The online gradient descent method is used to design a second-order linearly expanded state observer.The second-order linearly expanded state observer can accurately and quickly estimate the speed of permanent magnet synchronous motor under the condition of motor load disturbance or sudden speed change. In this paper the adaptive sliding mode control system is applied to the speed control system, and the predictive adaptive method is used to estimate the disturbance of permanent magnet synchronous motor for real-time current compensation. The simulation results show that the second-order linearly extended state observer designed can accurately and quickly estimate the speed, and has strong anti-interference ability; the predictive adaptive sliding mode control strategy effectively shortens the speed response time of the motor, significantly weakens the chattering of the motor speed and electromagnetic torque, showing good dynamics and robustness.

    A large amount of oil, gas and water resources are stored in the argillaceous siltstone, but its exploitation is always limited due to its low permeability condition and sand control difficulty. In this work, the sand control and gas production laws are analyzed by setting N2 displacement experiment under cut condition. After comparing the vertical grain grading curve of the displacement reservoir before and after the test, it is found that the grain grading curve before and after the test does not coincide, which indicates that after the test, the particles of the reservoir have migrated and rearranged, forming the structure of “mud skin + sand arch” which combines the fine particles and sand arch. It takes the stable sand arch as the support and its fine particle structure as the sand blocking structure to block the fine particles together with transport of granular materials. Through the scanning electron microscope, it is found that there are pinhole like pores in the fine-grained layer, which ensures the gas production without blocking. This work provides a reference for similar projects.

    The excited dissociation process of H2S by pulsed plasma streamer discharge has been studied by using plasma fluorescence spectra and time-resolved spectra. The fluorescence spectra between 400 and 800 nm have been assigned to the transition of S2, S-2, H, SH. Experiment results indicated that the main flexibility particles are H2S*, S2, S-2, H and SH in pulsed plasma streamer discharge of H2S. The results of time-resolved spectra indicated that the fluorescence signal of H and SH appeared almost simultaneously. The main excited dissociation channel of H2S is H2S+e*→H2S*+e→H*+SH*.

    Retrogradation is the process of rearrangement of molecular chains after starch gelatinization. In order to explore effect of the amylose/amylopectin ratio on the millet starch retrogradation, alkaline glycerin was used to extract amylose from millet starch.Asymmetrical flow field-flow fractionation(AF4), differential scanning calorimetry. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy,and X-ray diffraction were employed to characterize the morphology, crystal structure, crystallinity, gelatinization and retrogradation of millet starch with three different amylose/amylopectin ratios.It was found that alkaline glycerin treatment had slight effect on the morphology, crystal structure, and gelatinization temperature of millet starch.The content of amylose in three millet starch samples was in the following order: waxy millet starch <millet starch treated with alkaline glycerin< normal millet starch.Three starch samples after gelatinization were stored at 4 ℃ for 7 days. AF4 result showed that the retrogradation degree of millet starch is positively correlated with amylose content.

    L-arginine based curcumin derivative with a succinic acid linker(Cur-Sa-Arg)was synthesized via esterification and amidation reaction using 4-dimethylaminopyridine(DMAP)and 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide(EDC)as catalyzer. The product was characterized by UV-Vis, FT-IR, 1H NMR and DSC, and the results indicated that Cur-Sa-Arg was successfully synthesized. The curcumin solubility in Cur-Sa-Arg was more than about 3 000 times higher than curcumin and reached up to 30.1 μg/mL. Moreover, the result of bacteriostatic experiment showed that the IC50 values against Gram-negative bacteria including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Salmonella ratus decreased by 3—6 times, and the IC50 value against Gram-positive bacteria of Staphylococcus aureus dropped by 2 times. Compared with pure curcumin, Cur-Sa-Arg has a higher solubility and better antibacterial properties.

    For the porous materials with nanoscale voids, the interface effect between the solid matrix and the void has a great influence on the macroscopic elastoplastic properties of such material. Through the theoretical analysis, this work treated the typical mathematical interfacial model describing the interface effects as the interfacial phase model with a certain thickness, and developed a material model of the interfacial phase model using the UMAT subroutine of ABAQUS software. On this basis, the finite element numerical method is employed to study the effects of porosity, pore size and interfacial residual stress on the macroscopic elastoplastic tensile and compressive mechanical properties of nanoporous metals. The results show that the increasing porosity causes the effective elastic modulus and the yield strength to decrease in magnitudes when the pore size and the interfacial residual stress keep constant. the increasing pore size leads to the increase of the effective yield strength and the flow stress when the porosity and the interface residual stress are constant.     Photothermal therapy(PTT)is a promising avenue for precision cancer treatment. However, the metabolic clearance is a key issue for future clinical applications. In this paper, renal clearance of a cyclodextrin-modified quaterrylene bisimide derivative(QDI-CD)was studied. Importantly, QDI-CD administered to sprague-dawley(SD)rats by intraperitoneal injection was effectively cleared with renal clearance efficiency of(48.74 ± 11.80)% at 12 h after drug injection. In addition, the structure of QDI-CD in urines did not changed under the metabolism.

    In order to master the pattern of bird activity at the airport in winter, to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of airport bird strikes, in the winter of 2018—2019, the bird activity pattern and the influence of snow cover on the bird community were studied by sample line method. The results showed that 19 species of birds under 7,11 were recorded in winter, Among them, the resident and winter migratory birds are the main body of the winter airport bird community, and bird species are mainly finch-shaped omnivorous and valley-eating birds. Between 9:00 and 10:00 am, the number of species and individual density of birds is maximum. E3 and F3 areas are the most frequent areas of bird activity. After the snow, Individual density of birds increased significantly(P<0.05). However, the density of bird species decreased significantly(P<0.05). Bare patches are the main environmental factors that attract birds into airport activities. Beta diversity turnover groups in exposed and transition areas were higher than nested groups, indicating that birds have the ability to diffuse from bare to transitional areas.     By using the homologous garden test, Biolog technique was used to compare the utilization of carbon sources in the rhizosphere soil microorganisms of Flaveria bidentis and Setaria viridis and analyzed the changes of functional diversity at different times(5 years, 7 years and 9 years).The results showed that:After different time of invasion,the average well color development(AWCD)values of F+S treatments were higher than those of F treatment under different invasive years.Compared with other treatments,the McIntosh index U of F+S treatment was higher;with the increase of invasion time,the McIntosh index U of F+S treatment increased significantly;the Simpson index D of the F treatment increased significantly,its McIntosh index U gradually decreased and was significantly smaller than the S treatment at 9 years of colonization.Compared with other treatments, F+S treatment promoted the absorption of lipids, sugars and amino acids by soil microorganisms. It can be seen that the different times of F. bidentis colonization have an impact on the function of soil microorganism.Therefore, exploring the general laws of the function of alien plant rhizosphere soil microorganisms over time will help to further reveal the invasion mechanism of alien plants.

    To provide scientific basis for the clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents, the trend of drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and the annual dosage of antimicrobial agents in the same period from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2019 in a hospital were retrospectively investigated, the frequency of use was calculated, and the correlation between the antibiotics use density(AUD)and drug resistance rate of P. aeruginosa was analyzed. Carbapenems and third-generation cephalosporins showed significant increases in AUD(P<0.05), cefepime and macrolides showed significant decreases in AUD(P<0.05), while piperacillin/tazobactam, aminoglycosides, quinolones and monocyclic β-lactams showed no significant changes in AUD(P>0.05). The AUD of carbapenem and third-generation cephalosporins was positively correlated with the drug resistance rate of P. aeruginosa(r=0.523, 0.605, P<0.05), piperacillin/tazobactam, monocyclic β-lactams, quinolones, macrolides, aminoglycosides, fourth-generation cephalosporins were not correlated with the drug resistance rate of P. aeruginosa(r=0.012~0.136, P>0.05). Our study demonstrates that from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2019, the drug resistance rate of P. aeruginosa in hospital was well controlled, and the drug resistance rate of P. aeruginosa was related to the AUD. Clinical attention should be paid on the management of antibiotics to reduce the generation of bacterial resistance and its threat to human health.

    The Auricularia polytricha(Mont.)Sacc cell engineering strain Xinheda SL205 was used as the test strain, the A. auricularia bran was used as the main reproductive growth substrate, and the mycelium growth rate and reproductive growth biological efficiency were used as indicators. Different medium formulations were designed and tested.The optimal medium formulations were selected for the Xinheda SL205 strain: A. auricularia bran is 50%(mass fraction), sawdust 30%, corn cob 10%, bran 8% and lime 2%. Under this medium, the average growth rate of Xinheda SL205 was 7.26 mm/d, and the biological efficiency was 126.29%. It had the strongest biodegradation ability for A. auricularia bran, effectively reducing the non-point source pollution caused by A. auricularia bran.

It integrates local and global prominent features as semantic features of the text, which are used as inputs to train a XGBoost(eXtreme gradient Boosting)classifier to realize text sentiment classification. It utilizes the attention mechanism based on the BiLSTM to fully captain the global prominent features that affect the classification results largely. In addition, it utilizes the CNN with multi-convolution kernel to obtain more comprehensive inter-word features. Experimental results show that the model is better compared to the CNN_BiLSTM model, which improves the accuracy rate by 1.75% on the IMDB dataset, and 1.67% on the txt-sentoken dataset, and 3.81% on the Tan Songbo-hotel review dataset.

    Aiming at the problems of long execution time, poor execution performance and delayed scheduling performance of big data online aggregation, an optimization program design of big data online aggregation based on MapReduce is proposed. The cluster computing resources of all machines in the cluster can be fully utilized by using the fragment aggregation method, and the heuristic priority method of sub connection is used to optimize the local execution of connection task relation operation of each node, so as to realize the parallel connection of big data online aggregation. The dynamic switch mechanism of big data online aggregation based on hybrid approximate query framework and the dynamic switch mechanism based on progressive approximate estimation are used to reduce the misjudgment rate of hybrid approximate query switching and enhance the execution performance of big data online aggregation. The experimental results show that the online aggregation optimization program designed by this method has less execution time under different data scales, and has significant advantages in basic frequent query performance.

    The main steam temperature system of power plant has the characteristics of large inertia and large time delay. The classical cascade PID control is difficult to implement the precise control of the main steam temperature system. In this paper, the fusion algorithm of particle swarm optimization and cuckoo is used to optimize the controller parameters of the main steam temperature control system. By selecting the appropriate objective function, the main steam temperature control system of a 600 MW once-through boiler is optimized. Compared with the control results of PSO algorithm and practical tuning method, PSO-cuckoo fusion algorithm has better global optimization characteristics, better dynamic performance and anti-interference ability.
