Abstract: The excited dissociation process of H2S by pulsed plasma streamer discharge has been studied by using plasma fluorescence spectra and time-resolved spectra. The fluorescence spectra between 400 and 800 nm have been assigned to the transition of S2, S-2, H, SH. Experiment results indicated that the main flexibility particles are H2S*, S2, S-2, H and SH in pulsed plasma streamer discharge of H2S. The results of time-resolved spectra indicated that the fluorescence signal of H and SH appeared almost simultaneously. The main excited dissociation channel of H2S is H2S+e*→H2S*+e→H*+SH*.

Key words: H2S molecule, plasma streamer discharge, excited dissociation-channel
