    A method for mining decision rules based on decision formal context

    Aiming at the problem of extraction of decision rules in mass decision formal context, this paper proposes a novel algorithm by combining frequent closed itemsets and decision formal context to extract no redundant decision rules.The algorithm combines the idea of depth-first searches(DFS)and the relationship of conceptual node in concept lattice and improves an existed algorithm of mining frequent closed itemsets in the concept lattice.Using this algorithm,the frequent decision concept lattice of the decision formal context is obtained so that the huge database is compressed. Meanwhile, no redundant decision rules are extracted. After analysis,this algorithm has a lower complexity and is easy to mine decision rules in decision formal context.

    In the extension of the minimum supersymmetry model with local B-L gauge symmetry(B-LSSM), the Higgs particle mass is corrected by a single circle radiation by the effective potential method, and numerical analysis is carried out. According to the Higgs particle theoretical quality and experimental data further restricting the relevant parameters of B-LSSM and constraining the parameter space, thereby making the parameter space of B-LSSM more complete.

    We use the LDA+U method of the first-principles calculation to calculate the band structures and optical properties of Mn doped GaSb semiconductor material. The computed results revealed that Mn can increase the absorption amplitude of Mn doped GaSb(Mn-GaSb)semiconductor system in the infrared and far-infrared region. Moreover, Mn substituted Ga(Mn@Ga)defect can improve the Mn-GaSb’s photocatalytic performances effectively. The impurity level induced by Mn can reduce the band gap of the doped system effectively. Compared with that of undoped GaSb system, the static dielectric constant of the function in the Mn-GaSb system is also heighted. The optical properties of Mn@Ga doped system are not only related to the molar concentration of Mn atoms, but also to the uniform Mn atoms. Our results show that the uniform Mn can prevent the formation of electron-hole pairs recombination centers, and the optical absorption peak and absorption range of the Mn-GaSb system are both the biggest in the infrared region with the Mn molar concentration being 12.5%.

    The interactions of a binuclear phenol-containing ruthenium(Ⅱ)complex with c-myc G-quadruplex DNA(c-myc Pu27 and c-myc Pu22)were investigated by UV-visible absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra titrations, Job plot, CD spectra, PCR(polymerase chain reaction)stop assay, color reaction, and FRET(fluorescence resonance energy transfer)experiments. The complex bind to c-myc Pu27 and c-myc Pu22 DNA strongly with the bonding constants of 6.21 × 107 L/mol(c-myc Pu27)and 2.33×106 L/mol(c-myc Pu22)via groove mode and the binding stoichiometry is 2∶1.     A new tetramethyl ammonium decamolybdate [N(CH3)44[Mo10O18(OH)4(O2)10(O2)2]·6H2O with peroxo and superoxo groups was synthesized by reacting of 30% hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant, ammonium molybdate and tetramethyl ammonium chloride in aqueous solution at room temperature. The compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV spectroscopy and Its structure was determined by single crystal Xray diffraction. The compound belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=1.443(16)nm, b= 1.168(12)nm, c= 1.693(17)nm, β= 99.32(3)°, V=2.814(5)nm3, Z=2, Dc=2.441 g/cm3, R1 = 0.035 6, wR2 = 0.105 0(I>2, GOF=1.087. The compound anions exhibit a centrosymmetric structure containing two superoxo groups with a bond length of 0.114 5 nm and ten classical peroxo groups with a bond length range of 0.143 5~0.148 1 nm. The compound is unstable in water, but stable in solid state at room temperature, and can rapidly oxidize I- into I2 with the yield of iodine reaching 91.2%, indicating the compound has strong oxidizing properties due to peroxo and superoxo groups in the structure.

    The pharmacological activities of Radix isatidis polysaccharide are consistent with the efficacy of R. isatidis. As the capillary zone electrophoresis(CZE)spectrum of partial degradation products of R. isatidis polysaccharide has obvious characteristics, and can be used for the qualitative analysis of polysaccharide from Banlangen Granules. In this paper, the interference of pharmaceutical excipients such as dextrin from Banlangen Granules was firstly removed by enzymatic method. The electrophoresis conditions were as follows: uncoated fused silica capillary column(70 cm×50 μm i.d., 61 cm effective length), 40 mmol/L borax solution(pH 10.1)was used as the running buffer, the detection wavelength was set at 245 nm, the operation voltage was 17 kV, hydrodynamic pressure injection was employed(10 cm×15 s). The CZE spectra of partial degradation products were further explored using cluster analysis(CA). The results showed that the CZE spectra had some differences in oligosaccharide composition, while monosaccharide composition was relatively stable, including xylose, arabinose, glucose, rhamnose, mannose and galactose. Combined with the corresponding spectrum of R. isatidis, we could achieve identification purpose through comparison between their oligosaccharides and monosaccharides, and there were significant differences in polysaccharide contents among the products of different manufacturers. The establishment of CZE spectrum of the partial degradation products of polysaccharide from Banlangen Granules has improved the quality control of the drug, and also provided reference for the study of the pharmacodynamic substances and the quality control of polysaccharide in other related Chinese medicine preparations.

    This work centered on the key role of soybean callose synthase in the process of soybean mosaic virus infection. Twenty four callose synthase were identified in soybean by bioinformatics in this experiment. Glyma.08G308200(GmGSL7c)was selected for RT-qPCR to verify that the transcriptome data was consistent with the actual expression trend.TRV-VIGS followed by callose fluorescence observation found that silencing GmGSL7c affected the synthesis of callose in the leaves, and the SMV-CP gene could be detected in the upper leaves of the silenced plants that were not inoculated. In addition, disease symptoms of SMV were observed in the GmGSL7c silenced plants, indicating that the silencing of GmGSL7c promotes the transportation of SMV in soybeans. This study lays the foundation for further research on the soybean-SMV interaction signal pathway for disease resistance.

    For utilization of Ligularia rumicifolia(Drumm.)S. W. Liu, tissue culture in vitro was tested using cotyledon as explants. The results showed that the MS medium containing TDZ 1.0 mg/L and NAA 1.0 mg/L was suitable for callus induction. The maximum induction rate of adventitious shoots from callus was 69.56% when NAA(0.5 mg/L)and 6-BA(2.0 mg/L)were added in the MS medium. The MS medium containing 6-BA 3.0 mg/L and NAA 0.8 mg/L gave the better response to adventitious shoots induction from cotyledon explants, and the induction rate reached up to 72.33%. About 70.00 % of the adventitious shoots rooted on 1/2 MS containing 0.5 mg/L IAA.

    To specifically identify Platycodon grandiflorum and its miscible products, a method was established by optimizing DNA extraction method,designing specific primers based on the ITS(internal transcribed spacer)sequence, and carrying out specific PCR amplification. The authenticity of P.grandiflorum was quickly determined by the amplification success rate. The results showed that the modified CTAB(cetyltrimethylammonium bromide)method gave relatively pure DNA and amplification was 100% successful, specific primers U1/D1 and specific PCR were designed based on the specific sites of P. grandiflorum 293 and 538. In the identification, only P.grandiflorum can be amplified to obtain a 264 bp specific band, and other medicinal materials were negative. The ITS sequence and the designed specific primers can be applied to identification of the P.grandiflorum and its common miscible products, which should provide scientific evidence for origin identification of P. grandiflorum.

    Social networks contain complex structural information and rich semantic information. The research of multi-type data of interconnection and the behavioral relationship security of entity objects are facing great challenges. Knowledge graph is designed to process user data knowledge and behavior information, and to find the complex relationship between things, concepts and entity objects, so that the relationship between things can be clearly explained. Firstly, basic knowledge of knowledge graph was introduced. Secondly, based on knowledge graph, the behavioral relationship of users is visualized in the social network, and the key technologies and research progress of the three modules of behavioral knowledge extraction, behavioral knowledge expression, and behavioral knowledge processing are summarized. By experimental analysis and comparison of the technical models, the visual identification technology was introduced. By using probability soft logic to identify candidate behavioral knowledge, the accuracy of user behavior relationship visualization was improved. Finally, the application of user behavior relation visualization in user information retrieval, user security evaluation and behavior correlation analysis is introduced, the challenges of current research are discussed and analyzed, and its development is prospected.

    To solve the problem of restoring the lung boundary defects caused by the lung boundary adhesion tumor in CT image segmentation of the lung parenchyma, a method based on three-dimensional surface reconstruction is proposed. For defects with large curvature of the lung parenchymal boundary, the two-dimensional image cannot obtain enough features to restore the lung parenchymal boundary. In this paper, firstly, the centroid-gray algorithm is used to improve the three-dimensional region growth algorithm, and the lung parenchyma is extracted for three-dimensional reconstruction. Then the threshold method is used to extract the three-dimensional point cloud distributed around the defects, a complete outline of the lung parenchyma can be obtained by the surfase reconstruction of the three-dimensional point cloud. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional convex hull algorithm and the rolling ball method, this method is more complete and effective to restore the defects of lung parenchymal boundary with adhesion tumors.

    In order to realize human-robot collaboration in transferring task, a prototype of transferring robot is designed, where the operators intention is recognized through contact force. A single-degree-of-freedom motion manipulator is designed, which is composed of a rigid rod and a servo motor in a direct connection mode. In the torque mode, the closed-loop position controller is studied. In order to obtain the operation intention information, FSR films are set on both sides of the rigid rod end. The pressure sensor is used to detect the short-term contact force between the operator and the robotic arm, corresponding to the three common operating conditions, the corresponding time domain algorithms are given to extract the contact feature information, and the corresponding mapping rules are designed to identify the operators intention and generate instructions as the desired motion. And through the position control loop, the manipulator reaches the operators intended target position. Using the hardware-in-loop simulation system of the single-degree-of-freedom planar manipulator constructed in this study, a control task consisting of 4 fixed-point target positions and two forward and reverse motion directions is designed. The proposed human-machine cooperation control algorithm is verified. A single-degree-of-freedom motion manipulator is designed, which is composed of a rigid rod and a servo motor in a direct connection mode. In the torque mode, the closed-loop position controller is studied. In order to obtain the operation intention information, FSR films are set on both sides of the rigid rod end. The pressure sensor is used to detect the short-term contact force between the operator and the robotic arm, corresponding to the three common operating conditions, the corresponding time domain algorithms are given to extract the contact feature information, and the corresponding mapping rules are designed to identify the operators intention and generate instructions as the desired motion. And through the position control loop, the manipulator reaches the operators intended target position. Using the hardware-in-loop simulation system of the single-degree-of-freedom planar manipulator constructed in this study, a control task consisting of 4 fixed-point target positions and two forward and reverse motion directions is designed. The proposed human-machine cooperation control algorithm is verified.     The quality of the frequency hopping carrier in the hybrid hopping spread-spectrum system is determined by hopping speed and bandwidth, which has a direct impact on the performance of the system. For the hybrid hopping spread-spectrum system with a hopping speed of tens of thousands of hops per second and a hopping bandwidth of hundreds of megabytes, the traditional unidirectional frequency-hopping design will occupy a large number of hardware resources and affect the design of other parts of the system. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a bidirectional multi-channel structure of fast frequency hopping carrier generation method, through parallel multi-channel DDS to generate high hops and large bandwidth fast frequency hopping carrier. Using the idea of bidirectional frequency hopping, the consumption of hardware resources is reduced under the condition of constant frequency hopping bandwidth.     Considering the wind - light - joint pumped storage power generation system low output due to the fact that each part is of low output, and to improve particle swarm gravitation hybrid algorithm, inertia weight and chaos algorithm were introduced into the traditional particle swarm algorithm of gravity. The capability and precision of the traditional algorithm optimization were Improved. precision is not high.The improved particle swarm gravitation algorithm is applied to a practical engineering example to optimize the output of each part of the co-generation system and obtain the maximum economic benefit.The results show that the improved algorithm has the best accuracy and the shortest iteration times. After the optimization of the output of each part of the joint generation system, the largest economic benefits were achieved.
