Fuzzy data envelopment analysis without explicit inputs and its applications

Abstract: This paper first introduces two kinds of novel uncertain data envelopment analysis without explicit inputs: interval-valued data envecopment analysis(DEA)model without explicit input(IDEA-WEI)and fuzzy-valued DEA model without explicit input(FDEA-WEI), then IDEA-WEI model is applied to evaluate the performance of first-class discipline construction, FDEA-WEI model is applied to evaluate the performance of periodical construction of first-class disciplines. The practical application verifies the effectiveness of the uncertain DEA model without explicit inputs.
