    Bi-objective programming model for location-routing problem in uncertain emergency system

    For improving the efficiency of delivery time and reducing cost for emergency materials distribution after natural disasters, this paper aims to construct a uncertain bi-objective chance-constrained programing model for optimizing total travel time and total cost, where the time restriction of demand center, the candidate rescue centers capacity and the vehicles capacity are limited, and the demand of materials and the travel time between two nodes are uncertain. For saving cost, vehicles are considered to stand at the nearby opened rescue center when it finishes its delivery tasks. In this paper, the programming model is solved by a genetic algorithm and the objective is handled by the idea of penalty function and weighting method. Finally, an numerical example is designed to show that this model and the algorithm are useful and available.

    This paper first introduces two kinds of novel uncertain data envelopment analysis without explicit inputs: interval-valued data envecopment analysis(DEA)model without explicit input(IDEA-WEI)and fuzzy-valued DEA model without explicit input(FDEA-WEI), then IDEA-WEI model is applied to evaluate the performance of first-class discipline construction, FDEA-WEI model is applied to evaluate the performance of periodical construction of first-class disciplines. The practical application verifies the effectiveness of the uncertain DEA model without explicit inputs.

    Testing platform for photo-biological safety was built in our laboratory in order to evaluate the potential photo-biological safety risk of indoor LED light sources. Several kinds of indoor LED light sources which were extensively used were tested by this system, mainly including the testing of irradiance and radiance. Furthermore, the work analyzed the experimental results according to the requirement of the standard GB /T 20145—2006: photo-biological safety of lamps and lamp system. At last, the hazard class of the light sources was evaluated and determined. The results have a certain reference significance for the research of testing system and testing method for photo-biological safety of the LED products.

    The SF6 gas has been used as insulation and has been applied in some power equipments.The precise determination of SO2 concentration in SF6 is helpful to predict the purity of SF6.Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectrometer was used to measure the absorption spectra of SO2 of different concentrations in SF6 standard samples, and the relationship between SO2 concentration and characteristic peak absorption was constructed to obtain the standard working curve.In order to improve the accuracy of the experiment, a multi-refletion gas cell was selected.The results show that the experimental device and method can be applied to the monitoring of SF6 in power switching equipment in real life.

    A simple and rapid flow-injection chemiluminescence(FI-CL)method was developed for the determination of acarbose in tablets based on the fact that acarbose can remarkably enhance the chemiluminescence of Luminol-H2O2 in alkaline medium. The determination conditions were optimized. Under optimum conditions, the chemiluminescence relative intensity had a good linear relationship with acarbose concentration in the range of 3×10-4~2×10-2 mg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.998 7. The detection limit was 2.3×10-4 mg/mL and RSD(n=11)is 2.7% for 0.01 mg/mL acarbose. The proposed method has been successfully applied for the determination of acarbose in tablets sample and the average recovery was 101.6%.

    In order to reduce the loss of volatile was oil in the preparation of standard decoction and formula granules, the volatile oil was included with β-cyclodextrin(β-CD), and the inclusion rate of volatile oil was used as an evaluation index to optimize the package of volatile oil and β-CD. Gas chromatography was used to determine the inclusion rate. The correlation among decoction pieces, standard decoction and formula granules was investigated by the content determination of index components and fingerprint. The average inclusion rate of volatile oil obtained by inclusion process was 96.40%, and the preparation method of Artemisia argyi standard decoction and formula granules was established. The average content of eucalyptus olein in the formula granules was 0.738 4 mg/g, and the transfer rate was 33.48%. The average content of borneol was 0.334 1 mg/g, and the transfer rate was 25.41%. The inclusion process and the preparation process of formula granules have high stability and good repeatability.The content of index components of standard decoction and formula granules is consistent, which can provide theoretical reference for industrial production of enterprises.

    The new Waugh compounds(NH4)4[N(CH3)42[MnMo9O32]·9H2O(1)and(NH4)4[N(CH2CH3)42[MnMo9O32]·7H2O(2)containing quaternary ammonium cations were obtained by reacting of(NH4)6MnMo9O32 and tetramethyl ammonium chloride or tetraethyl ammonium chloride in aqueous solution, and properties were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and TG. The structure of the compound 1 was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The chemical formula of the compound 1 belongs to monoclinic system with space group C2/c, a=2.379(11)nm,b=1.186(5)nm,c=1.600(7)nm,β=102.308(4)°,V=4.413(3)nm3, Z=4, Dc=2.460 g/cm3, R1=0.041 8, wR2=0.117 5(I>2σ), GOF=1.058. Exploring the formation rules of the compounds 1 and 2 revealed that the optimal ratio of the amount of[N(CH3)4]Cl or[N(C2H5)4]Cl to(NH4)6MnMo9O32·9H2O is equal to 3∶1, and that single crystals of title compounds were easily formed. Methylene blue simulated dye wastewater for photocatalytic degradation by compounds 1 and 2 was explored, the decolorization of methylene blue solutions at 90 min and 180 min reached 95.96% and 85.64%, respectively.     Volatile reaction is inevitable in the process of biomass pyrolysis, which determines the products formation and distribution from biomass pyrolysis. Co-pyrolysis of cellulose and lignin and theoretical calculation were used to investigate the interaction between cellulose and lignin during biomass pyrolysis, so as to provide an experimental basis for further understanding the pyrolysis behavior of biomass. Results showed: during the co-pyrolysis of cellulose and lignin, the distribution of various products is closely related to the ratio of cellulose and lignin, but the product distribution cannot be predicted by the weighted calculation. Co-pyrolysis of cellulose and lignin in arbitrary ratio inhibited the formation of CO, but promoted the formation of CO2 and H2O. Co-pyrolysis of cellulose and lignin promoted the formation of C1—C5 hydrocarbons, and inhibited the formation of most oxygen-containing compounds, and promoted the formation of phenol and alkyl phenol when the mixing mass ratio was 5∶5. When the ratio of cellulose and lignin was low, it can promote the formation of aromatic hydrocarbons, but when the ratio of cellulose and lignin was 7∶3, the formation of aromatic hydrocarbons was inhibited.

    This study established magnetic particles chemiluminescence method for the detection of serum human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)protein in the patients with breast cancer, and evaluated its performance and equivalence with market products. The detection range of HER2 protein was from 0 to 300 ng/mL; limit of blank(LoB)was 0.48 ng/mL; average recovery rates of exogenous and endogenous interference was lower than 5%; precision was coefficient of variation(CV)lower than 8%; the stability test showed that the reagent could be stored stably for 48 weeks, and the correlation coefficient with commercial products was r=0.995, the mean bias was -0.2 ng/mL.     In order to explore the effect of endoplasmic reticulum stress on white adipose tissue in mice, endoplasmic reticulum stress was induced in mice by intraperitoneal injection of tunicamycin.This constructed an endoplasmic reticulum stress mouse model. Then, white fat from the epididymis of mice was obtained. RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the mRNA level and protein expression of endoplasmic reticulum stress-related factors in white adipose tissue. The changes of white adipose tissue cells were observed by fluorescence microscope, the content of triglycerides, free fatty acids and the secretion of adipocytokines and inflammatory factors were measured. The results showed that treatment with 1.0 mg/kg tunicamycin for 72 h was the best in inducing endoplasmic reticulum stress in mice.     This work aims to explore the possibility of fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)to inhibit hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae caused liver abscess(KLA)infection in mice and its related mechanism. The mice were randomly divided into three groups: Healthy, Kp and FMT. Kp group mice were orally inoculated with 106 CFU of K.pneumoniae isolate; FMT group mice were given FMT(300 mg/mL, 0.3 mL)orally 24 h after K.pneumoniae isolate oral inoculation. Results showed that FMT effectively inhibited the KLA infection in mice at 48 h after K.pneumoniae isolate oral inoculation. The mice were randomly divided into three groups: Healthy, Kp and FMT. Results showed that FMT effectively inhibited the KLA infection in mice at 48 h after K.pneumoniae isolate oral inoculation. FMT also reduced the levels of defensins in intestine and stomach, inflammatory cytokine TNF-α in serum, and increased the concentration of mucin 2 in intestine. Therefore, the intestinal microbiota and immune defense factors may be involved in the inhibition of FMT against liver abscess infection caused by hypervirulent K.pneumoniae in mice.

    Synthetic aperture radar(SAR)is a kind of active earth-observation system, which can produce high-resolution image all day and it has been widely used in agriculture and military. However, SAR image is affected by speckle due to the coherent imaging mechanism. In this paper, we propose a SAR image denoising algorithm based on generative adversarial network.We constructed the generated network by the structure of deep convolutional neural network(DCNN)with residual structure. The new generated network can accelerate the training process and improve the denoising performance. We also define a loss function by combining PSNR and SSIM, which makes the denoising result of SAR noisy image more in line with the visual perception requirements of human eyes. The experiment results show that the proposed algorithm can suppress speckle in SAR images and get good denoising result.

    A switching pseudo-predictor is designed for a class of systems with input delays to achieve accurate state prediction while avoiding the inclusion of input integral terms. It provides a basis and rationale for applying controller design methods of non-delayed systems, which can simplify the stability and dynamic performance analysis of closed-loop systems. The original system is divided into two subsystems, the open-loop one and the closed-loop one, bythe moment when the control quantity actually affects the system state, and a pseudo-predictor with switching structure is constructed to predict the system state accordingly.A stabilizing controller designed using the predicted state to design for the input delayed linear system and the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system is demonstrated.

    A solution based on monocular vision is proposed to recognize the position of the vehicle ahead and to monitor the safe distance in automatic driving. Firstly, whether the vehicle ahead is a monitoring vehicle can be judged by whether the contour of the vehicle ahead intersects with the roadway and the dividing line of the roadway. Secondly, according to the corresponding relationship between pixel coordinate system and spatial coordinate system in the image, the transformation model is built to calculate the real distance from the monitored vehicle. Finally, the speed of this vehicle is calculated according to the position change of the crossable delimitation line of the same direction roadway in the continuous image frames, and the safety distance between this vehicle and the monitored vehicle is determined according to the traffic laws and regulations. Experimental results show that this solution can effectively recognize the position of the vehicle ahead, monitor the safety distance and reduce the system cost.
