A blockchain-based trusted data sharing scheme for electronic medical records

Abstract: In order to address the current inadequacies of patient privacy and data security in medical blockchain, a blockchain-based trusted sharing scheme with user privacy as the center is proposed with the help of blockchain and key exchange technology. Combining key exchange technology and smart contracts for data key verification and trusted exchange, data security, trusted sharing and protection of rights and interests of both parties in the transaction are realized. Experiments and theories have proved that compared with existing schemes, this scheme has low consumption and high throughput, and has certain advantages and applicability.
