    Complex force pattern and mechanical simulation analysis of Block 0 of the main pier of continuous variable section box girder

    A continuous variable section box girder is the widely used type of steel box girder bridge, which has the characteristics of complex force and difficult construction deformation control. This paper relies on the project of Baigou River Special Bridge on the Jing-Xiong Expressway Gaobeidian link of the backbone road network of Xiongan New Area, in combination with steel box girder structure of the anisotropy structure design theory, the linear monitoring, millimeter wave radar monitoring, stress-strain gauge monitoring and numerical simulation analysis method, toobtain the stress and deformation data of Block 0 of the main pier of continuous variable section box girder, The working mechanism of complex stress mode of Block 0 of the main pier of continuous variable section box girder is obtained.     In order to expand the application range of non-spontaneous combustion coal gangue(NCCG)concrete and reduce the environmental pollution caused by coal gangue stacking, NCCG is substituted for natural gravel to prepare green high-performance concrete. The effects of different water-binder ratio, coarse aggregate substitution rate, mineral admixture type and dosage, water-cement ratio of wolfing slurry on its sulfate attack resistance were systematically studied. The loss mechanism of wolfing slurry was investigated by SEM-EDS and XRD. The results showed that the higher the water-binder ratio is, the higher the damage index is. The best sulfate resistance was obtained by mixing 20% slag powder and 10% mass fraction fly ash. The larger the NCCG substitution rate is, the larger the water-binder ratio is, the more ettringite and gypsum will be generated, and the least erosion products will be generated when fly ash and slag powder are mixed and it is suggested that the NCCG substitution rate should not exceed 30% in the project, and two mineral admixtures should be used in a 2∶1 ratio of slag powder and fly ash.

    The effect of dielectric constant of tube on characteristics of atmospheric pressure Ar cold plasma jets has been investigated by using two-dimensional fluid model. It is shown that there are different features of plasma jets in and out of the tube. In the dielectric tube, the ionization wave accelerates firstly and then decelerates as it is propagating along with the dielectric surface, giving rise to the ring structure. The larger the dielectric constant, the smaller jet radius of the ring structure, the lower the electron density, and the smaller jet propagation velocity. When the plasma jet leaves the dielectric tube, its velocity increases dramatically and then slows down. The larger the dielectric constant is, the larger the acceleration is. The ring structure shrinks all the time and vanishes eventually in the jet propagating process. These results provide certain guiding significance for design and optimization of cold plasma sources.

    In order to reduce the antigenicity of soybean, the soybean 7S globulin-Jujube polysaccharide(7S-JP)complexes were prepared by glycosylation reaction. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, and material ratio of 7S to JP on the structure of 7S-JP complexes were studied by asymmetrical flow field-flow fractionation coupled with online ultraviolet-visible detector, multi-angle light scattering detector, and differential refractive index detector(AF4-UV-MALS-dRI). Meanwhile, the radius of gyration, molar mass, and conformation of 7S-JP complexes were characterized by AF4-UV-MALS-dRI. The antigenicity of 7S-JP complexes was studied by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.     In order to address the issues of low durability, slow kinetics of the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR), and high cost of cathode catalysts for microbial fuel cells(MFC), a porous carbon co-doped with Fe, Zn, and N as an air cathode catalyst was prepared. The electrochemical studies demonstrated that the synthesised catalyst Fe/Zn-NC-0.9 exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity for the oxygen reduction reaction. The charge transfer resistance and the exchange current density were measured at 5.6 Ω and 53.3 mV/dec, respectively, while the maximum power density was at(1 253±20)mW/m2. Additionally, the impact of the Fe doping level on the ORR reaction and maximum power density was assessed. It was found that a moderate Fe doping level is essential for enhancing catalytic activity. Furthermore, the cathode performance is improved through the synergistic effect of Fe and N co-doping.

    N-doped lignin used for adsorption of tungsten was synthesized by polyamination and quaternization from lignin. The adsorbent was characterized by SEM-EDS and FTIR. The effects of pH, initial mass concentration of tungsten, adsorption time and amount of adsorbent on the adsorption capacity were investigated. The adsorption mechanism was revealed by SEM-EDS and FTIR and XPS. The results showed that N-doped lignin was loose and porous and contained a large amount of phenolic hydroxyl, amine and quaternary ammonium functional groups. When the total concentration of tungsten was 0.005 mol/L and the value of pH was smaller than 4.7, the existing form of tungsten was H2W12O6-40. H2W12O6-40 was adsorbed by N-doped lignin through electrostatic attraction of hydrogen bond and coordination with amino and ion exchange with Cl-. The saturated adsorption capacity of 1 g/L N-doped lignin for tungsten reached 421.68 mg/g at pH of 4.0, with initial tungsten mass concentration of 800 mg/L and adsorption time of 960 min. The adsorption followed Langmuir model and quasi-second-order kinetic model, indicating that the adsorption was monolayer homogeneous chemisorption.

    The effect of ionic liquid dissolution treatment on the thermal behavior of regenerated lignin was investigated. Taken regenerated lignin pretreated by 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole hydrogen sulfate([BMIM]HSO4)as the research object, the structure and composition of regenerated lignin were characterized by elemental analysis, XRD, FTIR, SEM. The thermal weight loss process of regenerated lignin was analyzed using a thermogravimetric analyzer and a distributed activation energy model. The effects of dissolution temperature and time on the structure and thermal weight loss process of [BMIM]HSO4 regenerated lignin were investigated. The results showed that the arrangement of lignin molecules is effectively adjusted during the lignin regeneration process, due to the occupying effect of [BMIM]HSO4. Compared with lignin raw materials, the thermal behavior of [BMIM]HSO4 regenerated lignin all shift towards the high-temperature range. Based on the calculation and analysis of the distributed activation energy model, the activation energy during the thermal weight loss process of regenerated lignin is higher than that of lignin raw materials. After the dissolution treatment of [BMIM]HSO4, the thermal stability of lignin is improved. The theoretical reference is provided for the development of lignin resource utilization technology.

    The effects of integrator complex subunits 10(INTS10)on cell cycle,apoptosis,growth and migration of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)cells and its potential molecular mechanism were explored. The HCC cell lines with stable overexpression or knockdown of INTS10 were obtained by lentivirus infection. The mRNA and protein expression levels of INTS10 were detected by qRT-PCR and Western blotting. The cell growth was detected by CCK-8, clonal formation and BrdU assay. Overexpression of INTS10 could significantly reduce the mRNA and protein levels of CDC25A and CDK4, while the level of CDKN1A was significantly increased, and INTS10 knockdown showed the opposite trend. In conclusion, it is preliminarily revealed that INTS10 may play a role as a tumor suppressor gene in HCC by affecting the expression of G1/S phase related proteins, which provides a foundation for further functional and mechanism studies.

    To investigate the effect of Heshouwuyin-mediated gene epigenetic(DNA methylation)changes on testosterone secretion in rat Leydig cells, the testicular tissues of 12-month-old and 18-month-old Wistar male rats were selected. The genes AXL, Ttc29, wnt2b, MAPK10 and C-myb regulated by Heshouwuyin and closely related to spermatogenesis were screened by methylation chip. DNMT1 was knocked down by lentivirus transfection in Leydig cells, and the effects of DNMT1 on wnt2b and C-myb methylation and testosterone secretion were analyzed. The results showed that Heshouwuyin could regulate the DNA methylation and mRNA levels of key genes in testicular tissue of aging rats, and promote cell proliferation and testosterone secretion. After knocking down DNMT1 in Leydig cells, the level of testosterone secretion was decreased, and the levels of wnt2b and C-myb DNA methylation were also significantly decreased, indicating that Heshouwuyin may improve the ability of rat testicular cells to secrete testosterone by regulating the level of gene DNA methylation, thereby improving the spermatogenic function.

The macrozooplankton average density was 184.6 ind/m3 in summer and 221.3 ind/m3 in autumn, the average biomass(wet weight)in summer was 8 220.1 mg/m3 and 860.0 mg/m3 in autumn, the average Shannon index(H')were 2.76 in summer and 2.64 in autumn, respectively. In summer, dominant species were Malagazzia carolinae, Eucheilota menoni, Proboscidactyla flavicirrata, Acartia pacifica, Macrura larva, Polychaeta larva, Porcellana Zoea larva, Brachyura Zoea larva, while in autumn they were Malagazzia carolinae, Eucheilota menoni, Proboscidactyla flavicirrata, Pleurobrachia globosa, Obelia spp., Aidanosagitta crassa, Porcellana Zoea larva, Gastropoda larva. Cluster analysis showed that the macrozooplankton in the investigation area can be divided into two groups. This article can provide important reference data for the evolution of macrozooplankton in the sea area near Dagu River Estuary.

    In order to address the current inadequacies of patient privacy and data security in medical blockchain, a blockchain-based trusted sharing scheme with user privacy as the center is proposed with the help of blockchain and key exchange technology. Combining key exchange technology and smart contracts for data key verification and trusted exchange, data security, trusted sharing and protection of rights and interests of both parties in the transaction are realized. Experiments and theories have proved that compared with existing schemes, this scheme has low consumption and high throughput, and has certain advantages and applicability.

    In order to improve the robustness of airline network, the node importance identification of airline network is studied. A airline network topology model is constructed based on airline flight data, and multi-order heterogeneity information of the neighborhood is gathered by means of interaction order and average path difference between the nodes of the airline network. The circle structure of the neighborhood nodes of the airline network is used to characterize the closeness of the nodes in the network. A fusion model of multi-order neighborhood information and structural information of nodes is constructed based on airline network and a node centrality algorithm is proposed based on multi-order neighborhood contribution. The attack resources R=0.3 and R=0.5 are selected for the analysis, which maximally improve the attack utility value by 39.62% and 49.69%, respectively, indicating that the algorithm is accurate and effective in identifying the importance of nodes in the airline network, and it can provide theoretical references for the optimal design of the connectivity of the airline network.
