Community structure characteristics of macrozooplankton in the sea area near Dagu River Estuary of Jiaozhou Bay in summer and autumn

Abstract: In order to know the ecological status of macrozooplankton in the sea area near Dagu River Estuary of Jiaozhou Bay, based on the investigation data in June(summer)of 2021 and September(autumn)of 2022, the community structure of macrozooplankton were analyzed. As result, a tolal of 20- DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1000-1565.2024.03.010胶州湾大沽河口邻近海域夏、秋季大型浮游动物群落结构特征张亮,张绍萍,陶卉卉,宿凯,蒲思潮,纪莹璐(自然资源部北海预报减灾中心 山东省海洋生态环境与防灾减灾重点实验室,山东 青岛 266061)摘 要:为了解胶州湾大沽河口附近海域的大型浮游动物生态状况,以2021年6月(夏季)和2022年9月(秋季)在胶州湾大沽河口邻近海域进行的大型浮游动物调查数据为基础,对该区域大型浮游动物群落结构进行分析,结果如下:该调查海域2021年夏季和2022年秋季总共发现大型浮游动物成体20种,浮游幼虫11类,其中,2021年夏季调查发现成体16种、浮游幼虫11类,2022年秋季发现成体10种、浮游幼虫5类;夏、秋两季调查大型浮游动物平均个体密度分别为184.6、221.3 ind/m3;平均生物量(湿重)为8 220.1、860.0 mg/m3;平均多样性指数为2.76、2.64;2021年夏季调查优势种为卡玛拉水母(Malagazzia carolinae)、黑球真唇水母(Eucheilota menoni)、日本真瘤水母(Proboscidactyla flavicirrata)、太平洋纺锤水蚤(Acartia pacifica)、长尾类幼虫(Macrura larva)、多毛类幼虫(Polychaeta larva)、磁蟹溞状幼虫(Porcellana Zoea larva)、短尾类溞状幼虫(Brachyura Zoea larva),2022年秋季调查优势种为卡玛拉水母(Malagazzia carolinae)、黑球真唇水母(Eucheilota menoni)、日本真瘤水母(Proboscidactyla flavicirrata)、球型侧腕水母(Pleurobrachia globosa )、薮枝螅水母(Obelia spp.)、强壮滨箭虫(Aidanosagitta crassa)、磁蟹溞状幼虫(Porcellana Zoea larva)、腹足类幼体(Gastropoda larva);聚类分析表明大沽河口大型浮游动物可划分为2个组.本研究可为大沽河口邻近海域大型浮游动物的演变等研究提供一定的参考.关键词:大沽河口;浮游动物;群落结构;优势种中图分类号:Q145 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1000-1565(2024)03-0312-10Community structure characteristics of macrozooplankton in the sea area near Dagu River Estuary of Jiaozhou Bay in summer and autumnZHANG Liang, ZHANG Shaoping, TAO Huihui, SU Kai, PU Sichao, JI Yinglu(Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of Marine Ecology and Environment & Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, North China Sea Marine Forecasting and Hazard Mitigation Center of Ministry of Natural Resources, Qingdao 266061, China)Abstract: In order to know the ecological status of macrozooplankton in the sea area near Dagu River Estuary of Jiaozhou Bay, based on the investigation data in June(summer)of 2021 and September(autumn)of 2022, the community structure of macrozooplankton were analyzed. The macrozooplankton average density was 184.6 ind/m3 in summer and 221.3 ind/m3 in autumn, the average biomass(wet weight)in summer was 8 220.1 mg/m3 and 860.0 mg/m3 in autumn, the average Shannon index(H')were 2.76 in summer and 2.64 in autumn, respectively. In summer, dominant species were Malagazzia carolinae, Eucheilota menoni, Proboscidactyla flavicirrata, Acartia pacifica, Macrura larva, Polychaeta larva, Porcellana Zoea larva, Brachyura Zoea larva, while in autumn they were Malagazzia carolinae, Eucheilota menoni, Proboscidactyla flavicirrata, Pleurobrachia globosa, Obelia spp., Aidanosagitta crassa, Porcellana Zoea larva, Gastropoda larva. Cluster analysis showed that the macrozooplankton in the investigation area can be divided into two groups. This article can provide important reference data for the evolution of macrozooplankton in the sea area near Dagu River Estuary.
