    In practical multiple-attribute decision making problems, sometimes there are correlations between attributes, and attribute values are given in the form of uncertain language. In order to solve the multiple-attribute decision making problems with correlations between attributes in uncertain linguistic environment, the uncertain linguistic generalized weighted Heronian mean(ULGWHM)operator is given, and its properties are studied, including idempotency, boundedness, monotonicity, permutation and limit properties. Then a multiple-attribute decision making method based on this operator is presented. Finally, the feasibility of multiple-attribute decision making method based on ULGWHM operator is illustrated by an example.

    It is proved that the strong product of two non-trivial complete graphs is a complete graph and has strong orientation. And then the exact values of the minimum strong radius and the minimum strong diameter of the strong product of the complete graph are determined, and the ranges of the maximum strong diameter and the maximum strong radius are also given. Besides, the above conclusion is extended to strong products of multiple complete graphs.

    In order to discuss the growth estimates of harmonic entire mappings, the order and the type of harmonic entire mappings are studied, and they can be characterized by the coefficients of the analytic parts and anti-analytic parts. For a strictly increasing sequence of positive integers{nk}k=1, two quantities are defined by using the values of nk order derivative of the analytic part and anti-analytic part of a harmonic entire mapping at a certain point, and it is proved that these two quantities are equal to the order and the type of the harmonic entire mapping, respectively, almost everywhere.

    For RF(radio frequency, RF)glow discharge with asymmetric electrode, the distributions of parameters such as the sheath potential and the electron density near the asymmetrical electrode are studied by using a two-dimensional dusty plasma sheath model, and the forces acting on dust particles in the sheath are analyzed to study the distribution characteristics of dust particles in the sheath. Results show that the potential near the sheath of the electrode has the characteristics of ratchet potential. The dust particles are suspended in the sheath by the electric field of the sheath, and the potential at the balance position of dust particles exhibits asymmetrical and periodical change. By comparing the results with different sizes of particles, it is found that the small dust particles are suspended at the higher position in the sheath to form a chain, however, the large dust particles are close to the electrode and are "pinned" to the potential well generated by the asymmetric electrode.
    Heavy neutrino decays in left-right symmetric model

    In left-right symmetric model, various kinds of decay channels of heavy neutrino are evaluated when its mass is lighter than the mass of left handed gauge boson WL. It is found that the total decay rate of heavy neutrino can be classified into left part dominance, right part dominance, and coexistence of left and right part. The results shows that when the heavy-light neutrino mixings is equaled to 1 and the mass of right handed gauge boson WR is taken to be the lightest one satisfied by experiments, the total decay rate of heavy neutrino is still far smaller than its mass.

    In this work, the effects of nine Hofmeister series anions(SO42- >F- >COO->Cl->Br->NO3->I->ClO4->SCN-)and nine Hofmeister cations(NH4+>K+>Na+>Cs+>Li+>Rb+>Mg2+>Ca2+ >Ba2+)on the amyloid fibrillation of lysozyme were studied using atomic force microscopy(AFM)and Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy. The AFM results indicated that anions at different locations in the Hofmeister series had different impacts on the morphologies of lysozyme amyloid fibril. Under the influences of the three kosmotropic anions of SO42-, F-, COO-, the morphology of fibril displayed branching and thickening; while under the influences of the other chaotropic anions of Cl-, Br-, NO3-, I-, ClO4-, SCN- displayed the common long and thin morphologies. This phenomenon was attributed to the difference impacts of the two different types of anions on the secondary nucleation of lysozyme amyloid fibrillation.     By investigating the content of ciprofloxacin(CPFX)in Escherichia coli and the effect of mannuronic acid oligosaccharide(MOS)with different concentrations on the inhibitory activity of CPFX against E.coli, the mechanism that MOS sensitize the inhibitory activity of CPFX against E.coli was explored. CPFX and MOS with different concentrations were added into the bacterial suspension and cultured for 150 min at 37 ℃ to observe the bacteriostatic effect. The content of CPFX in the bacteria was determined by HPLC, and the fluorescence intensity of CPFX in the bacteria was observed by confocal laser scanning microscope(CLSM)to verify the above result. The effect of Ca2+ on the elevated antimicrobial effect of CPFX with MOS was also investigated. The antagonistic results were consistent with the inhibitory results when MOS was combined under high concentration in the bacteriostatic experiment. The addition of Ca2+ reversed the antagonism between high concentration of MOS and CPFX to a certain extent. This study can provide reference for the development of new antimicrobial synergist and clinical application of anti-drug resistant bacteria infection.
    Determination of common hypnotic and sedutive drugs in whole blood by UPLC-MS/MS

    A high throughput screening method based on ultra performance liquid chromatogramphy-triple quadrupole composite linear ion trap mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TRAP/MS)was developed for the simultaneous and rapid confirmation of 49 common hypnotic and sedutive drugs. The pre-treatment method was based on solid-supported liquid liquid extraction(SLE). Waters C18 chromatographic column(2.1 mm×50 mm, 1.7 μm)was selected, with 0.1%(V/V)formic acid,5 mmoL/L ammonium acetate aqueous solution and methanol as mobile phases for gradient elution. The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 0.1~200.0 ng/mL,with correlation coefficients(R2)greater than 0.99 for all 49 analytes. The limits of highest detection and highest quantification of the 49 compounds were 0.1 ng/mL and 0.5 ng/mL, respectively. At spiked levels of 50、100、200 ng/mL, recoveries, intra-day precisions, and inter-day precisions of the 49 compounds were 65.9%~109.0%, 2.0%~17.6%, and 2.0%~16.3%, respectively.     To select the most suitable assembler for ultra-conserved elements(UCE)phylogenomic practice, five different assembly softwares, SPAdes, ABySS, Velvet, Trinity and Minia were applied, to assemble 17 UCE captured sequencing libraries, respectively. The results showed that among the five assemblers, Trinity consumed significantly longer computational time than the others; SPAdes and Trinity both assembled more contigs and obtained more longer contigs(> 250 bp)than the other three assemblers, but SPAdes captured the highest number of UCE loci. Therefore, SPAdes is more suitable for the assembly of UCE data than the other assembly softwares. This study provides a technical reference for the practice of UCE-based phylogenomic studies.

    To investigate the effects and mechanism of miR-194-5p on the activation of hepatic stellate cells(HSCs), CCK-8, β-galactosidase staining, Transwell, wound healing, colony formation assays, RT-qPCR and Western blot were used to detect the effects of miR-194-5p on the cell biological properties, the expression of HSC activation markers and target gene, respectively.     Diabetic foot is a foot tissue destruction unrelated to other traumatic factors and caused by diabetes, and is clinically chronic wound, often complicated by ischemia, peripheral neuropathy and infection; impaired healing increases the likelihood of infection, so anti-infective therapy is a key to the treatment of diabetic foot. At present, antibiotics are mostly used for anti-infection treatment in clinical practice, but the pathophysiological changes of diabetic foot hinder the penetration of antibiotics in ulcers, which cause difficulty in reaching the lesion site, and at the same time, antibiotic multidrug resistance also increases the difficulty of treatment of diabetic foot. Photodynamic therapy provides new options for the treatment of diabetic foot with its advantages of good targeting, low side effects, and no resistance to microorganisms. In recent years, photodynamic therapy has made good progress in the treatment of diabetic foot.     To understand the change in ecological environment quality and driving forces of Hebei Wuan national forest park, remote sensing data of the years 2005, 2013, and 2021 were utilized to investigate land use changes and ecological environment quality in the study area. The results showed that: 1)From 2005 to 2013, the regions ecological environment quality displayed a “two-level” pattern; from 2013 to 2021, the southwest regions environmental quality grew dramatically, while the number of regions with greater ecological quality declined significantly, mostly in nature reserves;2)The POI density of scenic spots with better tourism development is the highest, followed by the POI density of tourist ring roads and key towns;3)Greenness, wetness, dryness, heat and elevation had strong effects on RSEI values of the park, whereas aspect, slope and population density have lower impact, POI density has no significant effect on RSEI value;4)While wetness and greenness are more sensitive to elevation, slope, aspect, and population density, dryness and heat are not. The findings of this study can be used to improve ecological environment management and protect national forest parks.

    Aiming at the problem that existing algorithms in the time difference of arrival(TDOA)measurement scheme show unbalanced search ability, leading to low positioning accuracy and even failure in solution in the part of the three-dimensional positioning area, a new approach based on improved approach is proposed. The TDOA positioning algorithm based on pathfinder algorithm(PFA)enhances the individual's adaptability to the complex environment of the positioning area by integrating the adaptive Levy flight and the improved PFA algorithm, and solves the problems of premature algorithm and easy localization, thus improving the comprehensive performance of the algorithm. Through simulation and experiments, the results show that compared with Taylor algorithm and LM algorithm, the algorithm proposed in this paper(Levy-pathfinder algorithm, LPFA)can improve the positioning accuracy; compared with PSO algorithm and PFA algorithm, LPFA algorithm can improve the operation speed and obtain more accurate positioning results.

    The denoising technology based on deep learning improves the image quality by considering visual artifacts and overall smoothing noise. However, they rarely involve the restoration of edge details. In this paper, a deep denoising network model based on dual-domain mapping and residual learning is proposed. The network learning information is extended by the fusion of wavelet domain information and spatial domain information. By introducing multi-scale learning and dilated convolution into the activation unit, the image features are extracted and the network parameters are reduced. In order to further improve the denoising results, the joint loss function of wavelet domain loss and spatial domain loss are combined to guide the network to obtain more edges and details. Experimental results show that the proposed method can not only effectively remove image noise, but also better restore image texture details, and obtain better results in both subjective and objective evaluation.
