β-寡聚酸对4种食用菌菌丝生长的影响

Effect of β-oligomeric acid on the mycelia growthof four edible fungi

摘要: 以杏鲍菇、鸡腿菇、灵芝、猴头4种食用菌为实验材料,分别在PDA和栽培料培养基中加入不同浓度的β-寡聚酸,研究不同浓度的β-寡聚酸对4种食用菌菌丝生长的影响,结果表明:在PDA培养基中,β-寡聚酸浓度为1.0 mL/L时,菌丝生长速度最快,与对照组有显著性差异;在栽培料培养基中,β-寡聚酸质量浓度为2.0 mL/kg时,菌丝生长速度最快,与对照组有显著性差异.可选择β-寡聚酸为1.0 mL/L和2.0 mL/kg分别作为4种食用菌PDA母种培养基和生产中固体栽培料中添加的最适浓度.

Abstract: Pleurotus eryngii ,Coprinus comatus,Ganoderma and Hericium hydnum were used as the material to investigate the effect of β-oligomeric acid on the mycelia growth of four edible fungi, by adding different concentrations to PDA medium and cultivation medium.The result showed that when the β-oligomeric acid concentration was 1.0 mL/L,in PDA medium,the mycelia grew fast,and showed significant difference from the control;when the β-oligomeric acid concentration was 2.0 mL/kg,in cultivation medium,the mycelia grew fast,and showed significant difference from the control.The concentration of 1.0 mL/L of β-oligomeric acid was the best concentration in PDA medium while 2.0 mL/kg was the best in cultivation medium for the four edible fungi.
