摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以柿木屑为基质,以菌丝长速和生物转化率为主要指标,对香菇(Lentinus edodes)的栽培培养基进行了优化,结果表明:配方B是栽培香菇较为适宜的栽培配方,各组分的质量分数为柿木屑60%,杂木屑20%,麸皮19%,石灰1%.

Abstract: Taking persimmon wood chips as materials,the formula of cultivation medium was studied according to the mycelial growth rate and biological efficiency.The results showed that the optimal cultivation medium was B.The mass fraction of each component was:persimmon wood chips 60%,sawdust 20%,bran 19%,and quicklime 1%.
