吐鲁番市土地利用与生态环境协调发展分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 选用吐鲁番市2001-2013年土地利用与生态环境指标数据,构建土地利用与生态环境评价指标体系,用变异系数法计算权重,用综合评价函数计算综合得分、协调度和协调发展度.结果表明:土地利用与生态环境协调发展度总体上呈现增长的趋势,但整体发展水平不高,具体可分为3个阶段,第1阶段,平稳发展的4年(2001-2004),生态环境得分远高于土地利用,土地还未得到充分的利用,生态环境良好;第2阶段,波动较大的4年(2005-2008),随着经济的发展,土地开发力度加大,产业结构开始转变,协调性也转变为生态环境滞后型;第3阶段,逐渐增长变好的5年(2009-2013),2013年的协调度高达0.983,生态环境和土地利用稳步增长的同时在更加协调地发展.
