7-羟基香豆素醛在检测次氯酸根中的应用

Application of 7-hydroxylcoumarin-aldehyde in the detection of hypochlorite

摘要: 7-羟基香豆素醛在PBS(pH=7.4)的缓冲溶液中可以被用于检测次氯酸根.光谱实验结果表明,该探针在PBS(pH=7.4)的缓冲溶液中对次氯酸根的识别具有荧光增强的性质,并伴随着溶液的颜色由浅黄色变为深黄色,溶液的荧光由弱荧光变为深蓝色荧光.探针对次氯酸根的识别响应在1 s内迅速完成,并且检测线可以达到51.75 nmol/L.此外,7-羟基香豆素醛可以在HepG2细胞中对次氯酸根进行荧光成像.

Abstract: 7-hydroxylcoumarin-aldehyde can be used to detect hypochlorite in PBS(pH=7.4)solution.The results of spectra show that the probe has a fluorescence enhancement property for hypochlorite recognition in PBS(pH=7.4)solution, and the color of the solution changes from light yellow to deep-yellow, and the fluorescence of the solution changes from weak fluorescence to deep-blue fluorescence.The recognition response of the probe to hypochlorite can be rapidly completed within 1s, and the detection limit is found to be as low as 51.75 nmol/L.In addition, the probe can be used for fluorescence imaging of hypochlorite in HepG2 cells.
