岩青兰化学成分及抗氧化活性

Chemical constituents and antioxidant activity of Dracocephalum rupestre Hance

摘要: 为有效利用岩青兰资源,测定了其不同极性萃取物中总酚和总黄酮的含量. 结果表明,乙酸乙酯萃取物中总酚和总黄酮含量最高,分别达到74.5mg/g和426.70mg/g.采用LC-MS技术,从样品中确定了圣草酚(eriodictyol)、komaroviquinone、胡麻素(pedalitin)、dracocequinoneA、gardeninB和蓟黄素(cirsimaritin)6个化合物.体外抗氧化分析表明,岩青兰具有较强的抗氧化能力.

Abstract: For the utilization of the resources of Dracocephalum rupestre Hance, the content of total phenol and total flavonoids in different polar extracts was determined. The results showed that the content of total phenol and total flavonoids in ethyl acetate fraction was 74.5 mg/g and 426.70 mg/g, respectively, much higher than other fractions. Six compounds, eriodictyol, komaroviquinone, pedalitin, dracocequinone A, gardenin B and cirsimaritin were identified from the samples by LC-MS. In vitro antioxidant analysis showed that the D. rupestre Hance had strong antioxidant activity.
