黑豆皮花青素降血脂及抗氧化效果

Hypolipidemic and antioxidant effects of anthocyanins from black soybean skin

摘要: 研究了黑豆皮花青素对高血脂大鼠的血脂水平和抗氧化能力的影响,结果表明:黑豆皮花青素对脾脏指数和肝脏指数的增加有一定的抑制作用,能提高心脏指数;降低大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和载脂蛋白B(Apo B)水平,降低动脉粥样硬化指数AI1、AI2 和肝组织丙二醛(MDA )的含量,提高大鼠血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白AI(Apo AI)含量和肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力.说明黑豆皮花青素对大鼠有显著的降低血脂和抗氧化作用.

Abstract: The hypolipidemic and antioxidant effects of anthocyanins from black soybean skin were studied.The results showed that the anthocyanins from purple sweet potato have inhibition of spleen index,liver index and can enhance heart index.The levels of serum lipids TC,TG,LDL-C,Apo B,atherosclerosis index and the content of MDA in liver were decreased.The serum HDL-C,Apo AI and the activity of SOD in liver were improved.Therefore,anthocyanins from black soybean skin have significantly hypolipidemic and antioxidant effects.
