摘要: 对枯草芽孢杆菌3226-5进行碳源、氮源的优化.分别选取单糖、二糖、低聚糖、多糖等7种碳源,以及有机氮和无机氮等9种氮源进行单因子实验,并通过正交试验优化出碳源、氮源的最佳组合.结果表明,以25 g/L C2为碳源,12.5 g/L N1,7.5 g/L N2,5 g/L N5,8 g/L N酸为氮源的培养基,酶活比原培养基提高了2.73倍.
