泰勒锥形成与断裂影响因素

摘要: 为了研究静电雾化过程中泰勒锥的微观运动过程,文章利用空腔静电雾化装置,研究了不同液体静电雾化过程中泰勒锥的形成与断裂形式,并分析了泰勒锥锥角、长短轴关系、锥体形成与断裂周期等相关参数.结果表明:泰勒锥的形成与断裂分为蓄能和断裂2个阶段.液体的黏度系数和表面张力、放电空间电荷分布、放电场强分布、泰勒锥表面电荷分布等因素,决定了泰勒锥的最终形态及运动周期.其中,放电场强、液体黏度以及表面张力是影响泰勒锥形成与断裂的主要因素.

Abstract: In order to study the microscopic movement process of Taylor cone in the process of electrostatic atomization, the formation and fracture of Taylor cone in different liquid electrostatic atomization process were studied by using the cavity electrostatic atomizer.The Taylor cone taper angle,the relationship between the length and the minor axis, the cone formation and fracture cycle and other related parameters were analyzed.The results show that the formation and fracture of Taylor cone are divided into two stages: energy storage and fracture.The discharge field strength, liquid viscosity and surface tension are the main factors affecting the Taylor cone formation and fracture.The viscosity and surface tension of liquid, the charge distribution in discharge space, the distribution of discharge field strength and the surface charge distribution of Taylor cone determine the final shape and period of motion of the Taylor cone.
