银杏叶提取物对碳钢在CO2体系中的缓蚀性能

Inhibition of carbon steel corrosion in solution saturated with CO2 by ginkgo leaves extract

摘要: 用超生波辅助浸提法从银杏叶中提取有机缓蚀组分,并将其作为饱和二氧化碳盐水溶液中缓蚀剂的主要成分.对以银杏叶浸泡提取物为主的复合缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果进行了研究,实验表明:银杏叶提取物的缓蚀率最高可达84.7%,与硫脲复配后缓蚀率最高达到94.7%.电化学研究表明:银杏叶提取液与硫脲复配的缓蚀剂为混合型缓蚀剂.

Abstract: The active ingredients of ginkgo leaves were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted extraction.The inhibition effect of ginkgo leaves extract(QLE)on carbon steel corrosion in NaCl solution saturated with CO2 was studied.Experimental results showed that QLE is a good corrosion inhibitor with maximum inhibition efficiency up to 84.7% and to 94.7% when combined with thiourea.Polarization curves reveal that QLE combined with thiourea behaves like a mixed-type corrosion inhibitor.
