Quaterrylene-环糊精肿瘤光热治疗剂的大鼠肾-尿代谢研究

Renal clearance of a photothermal therapy agent based on quaterrylene-cyclodextrin conjugates

摘要: 光热治疗(photothermal therapy,PTT)是将光能转化为热能而达到治疗效果的一种新的治疗手段,然而代谢问题是其临床应用研究亟待解决的关键问题. 基于quaterrylene-环糊精衍生物(QDI-CD)良好的光热治疗效果,研究了其在sprague-dawley(SD)大鼠中的代谢情况,发现给药量为1 mg/只时,QDI-CD的平均代谢率为(48.74±11.80)%. 将SD大鼠尿液经分离后,高分辨质谱(HRMS)结果显示QDI-CD分子的结构与代谢前一致.

Abstract: Photothermal therapy(PTT)is a promising avenue for precision cancer treatment. However, the metabolic clearance is a key issue for future clinical applications. In this paper, renal clearance of a cyclodextrin-modified quaterrylene bisimide derivative(QDI-CD)was studied. Importantly, QDI-CD administered to sprague-dawley(SD)rats by intraperitoneal injection was effectively cleared with renal clearance efficiency of(48.74 ± 11.80)% at 12 h after drug injection. In addition, the structure of QDI-CD in urines did not changed under the metabolism.
