Abstract: To observe the expression of P-selectin(Ps)in lung tissues of acute lung injury(ALI)rat model induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS)and examine the effect of melatonin(MT)to its expression all rats were randomly divided into three groups:Control group,LPS group and MT+LPS group.Lung tissues were imbedded by paraffin to observe morphological changes. The auther used immunohistochemical staining technique, reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and western blot method to- 收稿日期:2015-03-12 基金项目:河北省科技厅资助项目(08276101D-88) 第一作者:张智(1982—),男,河北衡水人,河北大学实验师,主要从事病理学基础实验研究.E-mail:zhzh313@163.com 通信作者:丁春华(1954—),女,河北保定人,河北医科大学教授,主要从事急性肺损伤研究.E-mail:dch54@sina.comdetect the expression of P-selectin.The results showed that compared with Control group, alveolar septum thickened significantly in LPS group, positive expression of P-selectin was very obvious(P<0.05);the administration of MT mitigated above changed significantly(P<0.05).The results suggested that MT possessed obvious protective effect on lung tissues during ALI,its protective mechanism might be related to the inhibition of the expression of P-selectin.
