    By using the comparison principle and the method of quasilinearization,two monotone iterative sequences of approximate solutions which converge uniformly and higher order to the solution of the problem were obtained.The results generalize and improve the known ones.

    The T-derivations of 3-Lie algebras,T-derivation Lie algebra TDer(L),and its structure were studied.The relations between TDer(L)and Der(L),ad(L)were discussed.It is proved that the inner derivation algebra ad(L)is an ideal of TDer(L).If L is a perfect 3-Lie algebra over a field F with Char F≠5,centralizers of derivation algebra and inner derivation algebra in TDer(L)are both zero.

    Asphalt ageing test is an important method to evaluate the service life of asphalt pavement.By using the RTFOT residual penetration and delay test,DSR dynamic shear rheological test method the rubber modified asphalt short-term and long-term ageing rules in desertarea were obtained.The results showed that the rubber modified asphalt RTFOT short-term aging residual penetration>SBS modified asphalt residual penetration>G No.90 asphalt residual penetration;rubber modified asphalt DSR test phase angle Delta<SBS change sex asphalt<matrix asphalt phase angle Delta.Rubber modified asphalt PAV ageing properties>SBS modified asphalt anti-aging properties>G No.90 asphalt anti-ageing performance.The research showed that the addition of rubber powder could obviously improve the anti deformation and anti aging properties of asphalt.Research results could provide scientific theoretical support and technical guidance approach for the waste rubber powder mixed with asphalt.

    The bright and dark dot honeycomb pattern composed of center spot,vertex and spot of the line can be observed in a dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)device filled with air or its mixture with argon.The brightness of the three sets of structures is different.It indicates that the parameters and the states of the plasma may be different.The molecular vibrational temperatures and the rotational temperatures of the three sets of structures are measured by using optical emission spectra under different argon concentration.The results show that the sequence of the molecular vibrational temperatures from the highest to the lowest is the spot of the line,the vertex,the center spot.The rotational temperatures of them remain constant.The vibrational temperatures of the three sets of structures decrease with the rising of the argon concentration while the rotational temperature changes little.

    Uniform plasma is produced by using of radio frequency glow discharge,pollen grains charged negatively suspend at the sheath boundary.The distribution of particles is observed by laser scattering method and spatial resolution measurement,and then the distribution of the sheath is obtained.Experimental results show that with increasing the diameter of the ring,the distribution of the particles close to the glass wall and the convex sheath at the center of the glass ring becomes obvious.The radial distribution of sheath within large glass ring can be fitted with a quartic polynomial by using Matlab.Our results could contribute to the study of the complex motion of charged grains in dust plasma.

    Silicon nanowires have excellent optical absorption properties and optical anti-reflective properties,which have potential applications in solar cells.Its key devices realization and modeling,which are totally compatible with standard CMOS process.In this paper,the structure,preparation and photovoltaic performances of Si nanowires radial p-n junction,axial p-n junction,polymer blending heterojunction and schottky junction solar cells were reserched.The problems in the past reserch and directions of future development of siliocon nanowires solar cells are pointed out.

    Protein aggregation is not only a common problem in biopharmaceutical industry involving protein drugs,but also a devastating phenomenon closely linked to numerous human diseases.Understanding structural details of protein aggregates is fundamentally important in the prediction and prevention of protein aggregation behavior.In this study,we explore to use a turbidity-based dissociation kinetic assay to tackle the complex nature of protein amorphous aggregates by a model protein,bovine serum albumin(BSA).We observe that the dissociation of BSA aggregates under basic condition consists of four distinct kinetic phases,including a burst phase,two relatively slow phases,and one kinetically inert phase.Such kinetic observation allows us to hypothesize that BSA aggregates consist of at least four different types of BSA monomeric structures at the molecular level.To the best of our knowledge,this is the first turbidity-based investigation with the aim to elucidate the structural heterogeneity of protein amorphous aggregates.

    A rapid,accurate and sensitive high performance liquid chromatography method was improved for accurate quantitative analysis of probe drugs testosterone and its metabolites 6β-hydroxytestosterone in rat liver microsomes,which was used in vitro to evaluate the activity of CYP3A enzyme in rat liver microsomes.Chromatography conditions were optimized,the experiment was carried out on a Durashell C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),with 10 mmol/ L Na2H-PO4 solution(pH 9.26)-acetonitrile-methanol(58∶32∶10,V/V/V)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelengthwas set at 245 nm.The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the injection volume was 10 μL.Rat liver micro-- 收稿日期:2015-06-25 基金项目:河北省自然科学基金项目(H2013201203);河北大学医学学科专项资金建设资助项目(2014A1003) 第一作者:赵燕燕(1960—),女,天津市人,河北大学教授,主要从事药学以及将现代分离技术用于临床、药学、食品、环境等方面的研究工作.E-mail:zhaoyany606@tom.comsomes and testosterone standards were incubated at 37 ℃,incubation products were extracted by solid phase extraction column,then reconstituted with methanol-water(1∶1,V/V)for HPLC analysis.6β - hydroxytestosterone and testosterone showed good linearities within 0.05~10 mg/L and 0.2~20 mg/L(r>0.999 5),respectively.The detection limits for 6β -hydroxytestosterone and testosterone were 0.0034 and 0.034 mg/L(S/N≥3)and the quantitative limits for 6β -hydroxytestosterone and testosterone were 0.011 and 0.114 mg/L(S/N≥10).The recoveries were 100.1% and 99.2% and the relative standard deviation(RSD)were 1.75% and 1.13% respectively.This method met the requirements of biological sample which was suitable for the quantitation of 6β -hydroxytestosterone and testosterone in vitro assays.Furthermore,with this method we could evaluate the impact of drug on the activity of CYP3A enzyme in liver microsomes and carry out the enzyme metabolism kinetics research

    Mercaptopropionic acid(MPA)was used as the stabilizer,the mono-dispersed CdS quantum dots(QDs)were synthesized in water.The fluorescence of the CdS QDs could be effectively quenched by the maltose molecules,and the quenching effect was used to study the absorption behavior of the maltose on the QDs’ surface.The result showed that the quenching effect was strongly influenced by the pH value and the QDs concentration,and involved the number of the maltose molecules absorbed on the QDs’ surface.The absorption behavior of the maltose molecules was consistent with the Langmuir isotherm equation,the relationship between the c/ΔF and c was linearity,the concentration of the maltose was ranged between 10-6 and 10-3 mol/L.According to the Langmuir isotherm equation,the relationship of the ΔF and c was also linearity at the low maltose concentration,and it was possible to determining the maltose concentration by using the line as the standard line,the detect limit was as low as nmol.The interference of some compounds was also studied.

    Co-immunoprecitipation assay and GST pull-down assay were applied to validate the interaction of GALNT14 and MT2A in vivo and in vitro.The cDNA fragment of MT2A was cloned into pET-DsbA and pCMV-Myc.His-Dsba-MT2A and GST-GALNT14 were expressed and purified,and the results of GST pull-down assay showed that MT2A could bound with GALNT14,which confirmed the directly interaction between them in vitro.Then pCMV-Myc-MT2A and pCDNA3.1-Flag-GALNT14 were co-transfected into human breast cancer cell MCF-7.The results of Co-IP illustrated that anti-Myc antibody can precipitated GALNT14 from cell lysates,which revealed MT2A interacted with GALNT14 in vivo.The results showed that GALNT14 could bind MT2A and interact with each other directly in vivo and in vitro,which provided some promising clue for the further exploration into the function of GALNT14.

    The brood stage song of black stork were measured and analyzed during March to May,2014.The results showed that:the brood stage song could be divided into two types including normal songs and scared calls,which had no obvious difference in the structure of the verses that the convex type note came after first note and end with flat note.The overall frequency trend on the song was being from low to high and then high to low.There was no significant difference between normal songs and scared calls in duration of verse,number of notes song and time interval between the notes(P>0.05).By comparison,there were highly significant differences in duration of note,maximum frequency and minimum frequency(P<0.01).Different meanings could be conveyed by different the verse type or note repetition in black stork,namely that the verse type could be changed by changing the number of convex type note and flat type note.

    Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)and associated proteins(Cas)comprise the CRISPR/Cas system,which confers adaptive immunity against foreign invading phages,plasmids and other mobile elements in many bacteria and most archaea.On the basis of the species and homology of the Cas protein,CRISPR/Cas systems have been classified into three distinct groups(type Ⅰ~Ⅲ).The component of type Ⅱ CRISPR/Cas9 system is the simplest one,and is well-charactered in resent study.CRISPR/Cas9 system modified by genetic engineering has proven to be an efficient gene-targeting tool in various organisms.Here,the auther review the discovery,components,molecular mechanism,applications,challenges and future prospect of CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing.

    A new algorithm is constructed,called least squares projection twin support vector machine with Universum(ULSPTSVM).By adding Universum data,samples are introduced which have no relation with the samples of classification,which have a priori domain information.In addition,in order to further enhance the performance of ULSPTSVM,the method is extended to recursive learning method.Experiments show that ULSPTSVM can directly improve the training time of twin support vector machine with Universum(UTSVM),and in most cases the experimental accuracy is better than least squares projection twin support vector machine(LSPTSVM).

    When the high-voltage transmission lines break down,a new fault location method based on strong tracking filter theory is presented in order to locate the fault point quickly and accurately.In this method,the effect of the sampling frequency to the fault location error is studied with the strong tracking filter algorithm.The state equation is simple and accurate.The strong tracking filter algorithm is applied in the PSCAD/EMTDC software,and the results show that the calculation is simple and accuracy,and it does not need to solve complex mathematical equations,and the noise can be eliminated better and faster using strong tracking filter algorithm.This paper focuses on the research that the sampling frequency affects the fault location error,providing the device of electric power system with the strong tracking filter algorithm.

    A method of topic detection from large-scale news dataset is proposed.First,latent dirichlet allocation(LDA)is used to reduce the dimension of data by express the news to probabilistic distribution on a set of topics.Then,T-OPTICS algorithm,one algorithm proved based on OPTICS(ordering point to identify the cluster structure)algorithm,is used to cluster news to topics.Because of the OPTICS algorithm is not sensitive to parameters variation,the influence of parameters choice is reduced.The calculation method of text similarity is proved by considering the effect of time parameters.The experimental results show that the algorithm can detect the topics in the TDT4 data set quickly and effectively.
