    Bounds on the rate of uniform convergence of learning process are important component part of statistical learning theory and the bounds determine the generalization abilities of learning machines.Based on the chance theory and the definition of Hybrid variable,bounds on the rate of uniform convergence of learning process based on hybrid samples are discussed and the relationship between the bounds and the capacity of the set of functions is given.

    Based on the fourth-order compact difference formula of the second-order derivative in spatial direction and Taylor series expansion in time direction,a high-order explicit compact difference scheme for the one dimentional diffusion equation is developed.The stability of the scheme is analyzed by Fourier method,and the condition of stability is λ≤1/2(λ is the mesh ratio).Numerical experiments are carried out to verify the accuracy and reliability of the present scheme.

    Sulfur-doped nano TiO2 transparent hydrosol was synthesized by using TiCl4,thiourea,organic carboxylic acid,NH3·H2O,D-sorbitol etc.as raw materials,through a novel complexation-controlled hydrolysis method at room temperature and atmospheric pressure.The hydrosol average particle size is 4.1 nm.The phase structure,particle size,composition,absorbance spectrum,and photocatalytic performance of samples were characterized by XRD,nano laser particle size analyzer and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer.Furthermore,the effect of reaction conditions on the synthesis process was also studied.The results show that the photocatalytic performance of sulfur-doped TiO2 hydrosol was optimal when the doping content of S was 0.5% and the reflux time was 15 min.

    The concentration gradient of strontium-doped brushite coatings was prepared by two steps electrochemical depositions on the surface of medical titanium alloy(Ti-6Al-4V),which provided valuable theoretical reference for the clinical application and further experimental research of titanium(alloy)coating.The chemical compositions of coatings was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),and the concentration of doped strontium was examed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF).Field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to examine the morphology of strontium-doped brushite coatings.The biocompatibility of strontium-doped brushite coatings was judged preliminarily by hemolysis rate that was tested by hemolysis test in vitro.The concentration of strontium was calculated according to the ratio of n(Sr)/n(Sr+Ga).Our results showed the concentrations of strontium-doped for strontium-doped brushite coatings were the percent of 10,15 and 20.The SEM images showed that the morphology of coatings was regular and compact.The rate of hemolysis was less than 5%,which was in accordance with the requirements of medical materials(<5%).

    Functional dye(PSPBI)was synthesized by the attachment of PEG and thioanisole groups to the imides and the bay of perylene bisimides,respectively.PSPBI dye was fully characterized by 1H NMR spectroscopy,13C NMR spectroscopy and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry.The solubility of PSPBI dye in water is more than 10 mg/mL,indicating good water solubility.In aqueous solution,the absorption maximum of PSPBI dye appeared at 540 nm,along with two higher vibronic transitions located at 480 nm,and the emission peak located at 620 nm.When the concentration of hydrogen peroxide was increased,the absorption maximum and emission peak were blue-shifted by 29 nm and 15 nm,respectively.Furthermore,PSPBI dye showed a fluorescence increase of about 50 fold.

    The silica encapsulated waterborne aluminum pigments were prepared using[Ni(NH3)62+ as anchoring agent.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction results showed that the boehmite was formed on the surface of aluminum flakes by[Ni(NH3)62+ oxidizing aluminum.The results of scanning electron microscopy,optical microscopy and corrosion resistance test proved that by controlling the pH of encapsulated media at about 9.5,the boehmite on aluminum flakes surface can react with silanols which come from the hydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane and silane. This makes a silica sol-gel film form on the aluminum flakes surface.This sol-gel film improves the corrosion resistance of the aluminum pigments.

    Ten novel indeno[1,2-b]quinoxalin-11-one oxime ethers(4A-4J)were synthesized by indeno[1,2-b]quinoxalin-11-one oxime, saturated dihalide, and piperidine or pyrrole, morpholine, and dibutylamine. Their cytotoxicity against HeLa, A549 and MCF-7 cell lines was evaluated by MTT assay. The results indicated that compounds 4A,4B,4E,4F, and 4J showed higher cytotoxicty than cisplatin against HeLa, A549, and MCF-7 cell lines. Among them, 4A, 4B and 4F exhibited 2 to 6 folds higher cytotoxicty than cisplatin. Both the length of oxime ether chain and the nature of the terminal group have important effects on the cytotoxicity. The cell cycle and apoptosis assays indicated that 4A could change the cells cycle ratio, and induce apoptosis. Our results suggest that indeno[1,2-b]quinoxalin-11-one oxime ether modified by pyrrole is a potential anti tumor precursor compound.

    Telomerase elongated product has many repeat sequences-(ggttag)n.A specific DNA probe-(ctaacc)2 which is matched with two repeat sequences is used to hybridize with telomerase elongated product.Excess DNA probes are attached to magnetic graphene and removed by magnetic separation.The DNA probes hybridized with telomerase elongated product is rapidly amplified by isothermal exponential amplification reaction(IEXPAR).SYBR Green I is utilized for real-time fluorescent detection of IEXPAR products.Under the optimal conditions,the telomerase activity in only 50 cancer cells can be easily detected.Sensitive detection of telomerase activity under isothermal condition is achieved.
    Effects of atrazine on the enzymatic activities of LDH and ACP in spermatozoa of Eriocheir sinensis

    To preserve genetic resources of different Chinese ethnic groups’ genomes and establish the sample bank of the genome-wide DNA,2 mL peripheral blood was collected from each volunteer of different ethnic minorities according to the clinical blood collection standards and complying with the principle of informed consent.Automatic nucleic acid extraction machine was used to conduct high-throughput extraction of all blood samples,and the samples were numbered and put in the bank after passing quality control.The established sample bank of the genome-wide DNA includes 545 samples from ethnic minorities.The bank will provide material basis for the research of anthropogenesis and interaction of environment and genetic background;it will also serve as a resource for disease treatment and diagnostics.

    Taking persimmon wood chips as materials,the formula of cultivation medium was studied according to the mycelial growth rate and biological efficiency.The results showed that the optimal cultivation medium was B.The mass fraction of each component was:persimmon wood chips 60%,sawdust 20%,bran 19%,and quicklime 1%.

    The effects of different concentrations of uric acid on hemorheology were investigated in vitro.The erythrocytes were suspended in 300,600,1 200 μmol/L uric acid for 2 h and the hemorheological parameters were measured.The membrane protein composition was also analyzed by SDS-PAGE.We found that the integrated deformation index and relax index were reduced in a dose-dependent manner.The hemolysis rate increased.As compared with the control group,the content of ankyrin and band 3 proteins showed a decrease trend.These results were statistically significant in the 1 200 μmol/L group.The results suggest that high concentrations of uric acid can have significant damaging effects on erythrocyte membrane proteins,which is an independent factor affecting the hemorheological properties of erythrocytes.

    By investigating the structure of micro-blogging and user’s communication mode,a micro-blogging community discovery method based on user’s interactions was presented.User’s interactions in micro-blogging are analyzed by referring to author cross citation and author coupling citation in citation analysis.Considering different interactions reflect different interests in micro-blogging articles,this paper sets different weights for different interactions and proposes a new calculation method of user’s similarity based on interactions that is used to divide micro-blogging community.Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively perform community discovery.

    An adaptive tracking controller is designd for motor with shifting load in this paper.First,amathematic model of motor switching system is built where shifting load is regarded as a switching signal.Then adaptive controller of switching system is designed,which solves the problem of tracking error that increases rapidly after load switching and ensures asymptotic tracking of the system.Finally,examples and computer simulation validate the performance of designed controller,and the impact of switching signal on system dynamic property is explained.

    A variable scale face images recognition method is proposed, based on the DCT binding the PCA. First, different scale face images are transformed by DCT. Then, the same DCT coefficients are extracted;and the dimension of the DCT coefficients is reduced by PCA. Finally, matching and recognition of images is done. By the ORL and collected face images, it is proved that the method of recognition variable scale images is efficient. Effective values of DCT transformed coefficients and PCA feature dimension are measured.

    Vehicle license recognition has been studied under the climate and light conditions.The feature extraction of Gabor and synergetic neural network has been used to enhance the recognition rate.First,the characters of vehicle license go through the binarization and segmenting to extract the characteristic parameters of the license characters by Gabor filter.Then,the synergetic mode is used to train the characteristic parameters and work out the training sample.Finally,the synergetic neural network is utilized to recognize the license character.Under a variety of environments and light conditions, this approach achieves a much higher rate of recognition rate compared with the traditional mode suggesting that this new method is very effective in the field of vehicle license recognition.

    SATA(serial advanced technology attachment)3.0 disk as a data storage medium cannot be directly used in electronic systems represented by FPGA(Field-programmable gate array).Referring to ATA1-7,SATA serial advanced technology attachment 1.0,SATA2.0,SATA3.0 and other relavant protocols,this paper proposes a design and implementation method originated from SATA3.0 host controller which is based on FPGA in the link layer of sending module.This method is successfully implemented in sending data validation,scrambling and flowing control.Simulation results are also provided.The results show that the data processing speed of the controller is 600 MB/s which verify the success of the design.
