A newly recorded family Caponiidae in China (Arachnida, Araneae)

Abstract: The family Caponiidae Simon, 1890, distributed at Laos, Vietnam and Iran in Asia, is reported for the first time from China.The species L.saetosa is re-described and photographed here.The specimens reported in this paper are deposited in the Museum of Hebei University(MHBU), Baoding, China.All measurements are in millimeters.
