    Choquet fuzzy integral classifier based on extreme learning machine

    In the interactive environments,fuzzy integral classifier has shown its good classification performance. A key problem in the fuzzy integral classifier is to determine the fuzzy measure defined in the power set of attributes. The computational complexity increases exponentially as the number of attributes increases. In order to solve the problem, drawing lessons from the idea of random determination of weight vector in extrem learning machine algorithm, this paper puts forward an ELM-Choquet fuzzy integral classifier. The experiment result shows that compared with the Choquet fuzzy integral classifier, this algorithm has better classification performance.

    The definitions of the metric Hom-3-Lie algebra and the metric multiplicative Hom-3-Lie algebra are introduced, and their basic structures are studied.It is proved that every metric Hom-3-Lie algebra can be decomposed into the direct sum of non-degenerate irreducible ideals which are irreducible metric Hom-3-Lie algebra.And metric Hom-3-Lie algebra and the metric multiplicative Hom-3-Lie algebra are constructed by the metric Hom-3-Lie algebras.

    Two inches N-type sulfer-doped GaP single crystal was grown by high pressure LEC method,crystals diameter were controlled by floating coracle technique.The doping amount was calculated according to the theoretical formula, and the carrier concentration of the head, middle and tail of the sulfur-doped GaP single crystal were measured by the Vanderbilt method.The influence of the shape of the solid-liquid interface on the carrier distribution is analyzed.The flat solid-liquid interface has a more uniform carrier distribution in the crystal.The distribution of lateral and longitudinal carriers and their influencing factors on the coracle-controlled single crystal were analyzed.The longitudinal carrier distribution of the single crystal controlled by computer and the floating coracle is compared and discussed.It shows that the floating coracle control and process cause the change of the segregation coefficient and the compensation degree during the crystal growth, so that the longitudinal carrier concentration of the crystal first decreases and then rises.It is proposed that the single crystal longitudinal carrier uniformity can be improved by shifting crystal pulling.The influence of the weight of the coracle on the carrier distribution is discussed.The longitudinal carrier distribution is more uniform while using heavier coracle during GaP crystal growth.

    The degradation process of CH3NH3PbI3 films under 15%, 50% and 90% relative humidity(RH)was analyzed.The degradation product of CH3NH3PbI3film in different humidity environments was found to be PbI2 according to XRD measurement.The intermediate product was also observed in the 90% RH environment, which is similar like(CH3NH3)4PbI6·2H2O.CH3NH3PbI3 film exhibits a faster degradation rates in high RH environment.During CH3NH3PbI3 film degradation process its photo induced carriers quantity also decreases with aging time.In high RH environment carriers lifetime of CH3NH3PbI3 film reduces monotonously with aging time.While in low RH environment carrier lifetime increases at first stage of degradation process, which means that low RH atmosphere can passivate defects in CH3NH3PbI3 thin film.

    Experimental research on dynamic process of bubble generation and trapping induced by self-focused femto-second laser pulses using fast-frame video microscopy and high frequency ultrasound imaging.Experimental results indicate that after the appearance of a series of microbubbles around the laser focus, a single microbubble generated via laser induced optical breakdown(LIOB)could be trapped stably by the self-focused SF femtosecond laser in water.The trapped bubble could be operated in the non-contact and three-dimensional way afterwards.Furthermore, the spatiotemporal and mechanical characteristics of bubble generation and trapping by self-focused femtosecond laser pulses at multiple locations along the laser beam were discussed.The experimental results can supply with new technological supports for the application of microbubble in targeted therapy at molecular level.

    Nano-yttrium oxide hollow sphere has broad application in the field of biological medicine.The uniform and well-dispersed Y2O3 hollow spheres(HYNPs)have been fabricated using phenolic resin spheres as template.The HYNP snot only exhibited a high DOX loading and release efficiency, but also showed the pH-sensitive degradableand drug release profiles. And the DOX release from the HYNPs-DOX in the cells increased with time. Moreover, the low cytotoxicity of HYNPs was found on MCF-7and MDA-MB-231 cells. When loaded with DOX, HYNPs-DOX exhibited a good anticancer efficiency in vitro, which showed a great potential in cancer treatment.

    The effect of sodium hydroxide(NaOH)dissolution method and dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)dissolution method on the conformation of maize starch was investigated.The dissolved maize starch was separated and characterized by asymmetrical flow field-flow fractionation(AF4)coupled with multiangle light scattering(MALS)and differential refractive index(dRI)detectors.Meanwhile, the morphology and conformation of the maize starch gel was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), attenuated total reflection Flourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results revealed that the amylose-lipid complex can be disassociated by NaOH dissolution method, which makes the data(i.e.size and molar mass distributions)from AF4-MALS-dRI more accurate.

    To simplify the preparation process of super-hydrophobic coatings and improve its wear resistance, the bisphenol A epoxy resin is modified in two steps with hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane(HTPDMS)and Micro/Nano silica.UV curing technology was used to cure the coatings.The surface properties of the coatings were characterized by static contact angle measurement, field emission scanning electron micro-scope(FESEM)and atomic force microscope(AFM).The effect of the amount of HTPDMS and silica on the contact angle and other properties of the cured coating was investigated.The results show that when the amount of HTPDMS added is 80% of the epoxy resin, the best modification effect on the epoxy resin cam be obtained.When the mass ratio of the modified epoxy resin to the Micro/Nano silica is 10∶1.5∶1.5, and a compound photo initiator and a UV mercury lamp are irradiated for 10 minutes, the super-hydrophobic coating can be obtained, with contact angle(CA)of >154° and rolling angle(RA)of <1°.

    FcγRⅡb is the only inhibitory receptor of the IgG Fc receptor(FcγR)and plays an important role in the negative regulation and immune responses.In order to screen the binding peptide of sFcγRⅡb, the recombinant sFcγRⅡb protein was used as the target molecule, and the sFcγRⅡb binding peptide was screened by phage peptide library display technology.The affinity of each eluted phage to sFcγRⅡb protein was identified by ELISA.40 phage clones were screened after four rounds screening, and 28 different 12-residue peptides were obtained through translation of DNA sequencing data.The affinities between phages and sFcγRⅡb protein were estimated and confirmed by ELISA analysis, and the results showed that the deduced peptide sequence, FHKMPWYMSMYY was the highest specificity and affinity to sFcγRⅡb protein. Furthermore, this study may lay a foundation for the further research on the mechanism of FcγRⅡb and the function of binding peptide.

    The karyological analysis on two cultivars of Cosmos were studied by conventional pressed slice method. The purpose was to utilize and breed germplasm.The results showed that:the chromosome number of Cosmos bipinnata for the test are 2n=2x=24 and 2n=4x=48, the chromosomes was abnormal,and forty-eight chromosomes were identified for the first time.The chromosome number of Cosmos sulphureus are 2n=24.The chromosome types of Cosmos included m,sm and st.The karyotype types contained 1A,2A,3A,2B and 3B.     This paper summarizes and proposes evaluation indices of distribution network projects on the basis of Vertical Integration Assessment model for State Grid-Provincial-Municipal-County, giving indices computing equation in view of different evaluation level.Aiming at the diversity and hierarchy of evaluation indices, Rough Set Discernible Matrix is used to analyze attribute significance for the purpose of defining weighting coefficient.And Set Pair Snalysis is applied to fulfill integrated evaluation.Simulation is carried out aiming to the different distribution network projects to test the feasibility of the proposed method.The results show that the presented indices and evaluation method have wide application value.

    In practical situations, permanent magnetic synchronous motor(PMSM)not only has the continuous states, but also the discrete ones. Neither of their control strategies could help the motor to achieved the optimize performance. Therefores an innovative hybrid model, combining both nonlinear and time-variant model of the motor body, is derived by analyzing the flux linkage equation while taking into account of the leakage inductance and the equivalent inductance the d-axis and q-axis. Then the switch function of converter is given as the discrete state event of the motor’s stator voltage, to build the hybrid system of the convex PMSM. Finally, the simulation results indicate the availability of the hybrid model, and provide evidences to help the researches to control and optimize methods of the hybrid system.

    The precision is a core consideration in dynamic taint analysis.Current dynamic taint analysis algorithms, including previous studies on bit-level dynamic taint analysis, have more or less defects that can lead to serious lack of precision, and the lack of precision directly leads to over-tainting problem.This paper discusses the limitations of the traditional dynamic taint analysis algorithm, and explains the causes of over-tainting during the taint propagation, and proposes a reverse-computing finer-grained dynamic taint analysis algorithm to generate the strategy of taint propagation.Experiments using the deobfuscation tool show that the dynamic taint analysis algorithm proposed in this paper can reduce code redundancy by 50% and significantly avoid the problem of over-tainting.

    Three-dimensional visualization(3DV)is a new technology that transforms two-dimensional into three-dimensional space. It mainly uses images and tissue slices to carry out three-dimensional reconstruction, which can intuitive and stereoscopic show macro and micro structures.This paper reviews the application of 3DV in minimally invasive and precision treatment of renal surgery, and its significance in exploring the microstructure material transport and physiological mechanism of tissues and cells, providing a basis for further clinical application and basic research.
